I would rather die

I was at a party with my bestie Ella. This kid from year 12 decided to hold a party for everyone from year 10-12. I was walking around trying not to get lost as there were many people from all different packs here. Oh yeah I may have forgotten to mention I'm a werewolf so is everyone else here. We go to a werewolf only school so humans don't find out or get scared. I couldn't tell where I was going from all the scents hitting me and I didn't want to loose Ella. She has been with me since the day I was born. She is like a sister to me. Her dad is my dads Beta since my dad is the Alpha. He may seem mean to everyone else, but really he is just a huge softy.

Ella knew I was afraid of getting lost because to be honest I had never really been to a big party before. We were walking around when Ella found some people she knew from school. Soon enough I was introduced to these people mostly from other packs. They were afraid of me since I was an alphas daughter but I told them that there really isn't anything to worry about. We were talking for a while when we decided to play truth or dare. Everyone was asking stuff about would you make out with this person or date that person. To be honest I sort of zoned out for a while until Ella asked me something. "Lucy truth or dare?" Truth I said not willing to do any stupid dare Ella would probably sign me up to do. "If you could date Grayson Thunders would you?" I mentally scoffed at the idea "I would rather die." I said trying to make it clear that I would never date a person with the morals he has. For him every girl he sees is just a target to get into bed with.

I went to get a drink and I could see Grayson from here already making out with some blonde chick in stilettos already off her nut form alcohol. I tried not to act uncomfortable but it's kind of hard not to be when there is a man who're and a slut making out just further then a meter away. I quickly got my drink and headed back to get Ella. "Ella we have to go. If we don't leave now my dad will come home before us and rip our heads off when we get there." She nodded and started to get up. We lived about 20km away from where this party was being held since it was on another packs grounds.

Your probably thinking. If you don't have a ride there is no way you can get home. Well yes we were both a bit drunk and yes we didn't have a ride, but, we do have our wolves and there is no law against a drunk run. We shifted and soon we were off into the forest to get back to the pack house. I looked over to see Ella's white wolf running close by. I motioned to speed up and once I did Ella did too. We jumped over rocks and branches and ran over the log on the river. For just a glimpse of time before we zoomed off I could see my reflection in the water. Looking at my wolf always made me happy, and grateful that I was born into such a powerful family. My wolf was black with a red and a blue eye.

Though my pack might be very powerful there was always one greater then us. The storm pack. There alpha Daniel Thunder was angry at the world. He would kill anyone that dis obeyed him and had the best fighters in the world from there harsh training conditions. The worst thing was his son, none other then Grayson Thunder.

After a short period of running we were back at the pack house. We shifted and went straight to my room where we were 'studying'. We waited for a while before my father Marcus came in. He started off looking cautious wondering if we were doing what we were meant to be doing. But the moment he laid eyes on me and Ella on the ground with our books out a warm smile spread across his face. "Good girls. Soon enough you'll be smart enough to take over the world." He said with a chuckle. Ella looked at me and I looked back. We both held a nervous laugh before my dad left to go to his office.

"That was close." I mind linked Ella knowing my dad was probably still on the other side of the door waiting for us to confess to each other that we almost got caught. "Yeah." "sooooo I think we have done enough studying for one night want to watch a movie?" I asked aloud looking at the gap at the bottom of my door to see the shadow of my dads feet shuffling away. Yep I was right. Totally watching us. "Yassssss." Ella said throwing her head back to hit the bed.

We just finished watching Lion King and it was getting pretty late and since we had school tomorrow I thought that we should go to bed. So after saying goodnight to Ella and her going down the hall to her room I went and brushed my teeth washed my face and went to bed.
