I woke up cold to find that Grayson was not next to me. As I yawned and stretched out I made my way to the door. I looked around the house to find him but still I couldn't find him. "Grayson where are you?" I tried to ask though the mind link only to feel that he was blocking me out. Now he is pissing me off why the fuck is he blocking me out?! As I grumbled I made my way through the kitchen and into the pantry to grab my favourite cereal. Coco Pops. I slumped over in my seat once I had finished preparing my breakfast and chewed angrily. "Whats got your nickers in a knot." Ella says making me want to throw my spoon at her. But I restrain myself from doing so. "Nothing." I mumbled under my breath swishing my Coco Pops in the milk. "Oh come on you can tel me." She says taking a seat in the chair next to me.

"Grayson blocking me out and I don't know where he is." I say still not looking up from the now soggy cereal. "Oh. Well he is probably out doing pack stuff or at a meeting." "He never tells me what he is doing and it pisses me off." I say finally looking at Ella. "Well it's probably boring anyway. Lets go do something fun!" She says taking my hand and pulling me away from the brown chocolate mess in my bowl.

"Alpha Grayson let Luke take the day off and he is going to the cafe to catch up with one of his friends I bet he won't mind if we tag along." I shrugged "i have nothing better to do so why not." Ella's eyes lit up as she dragged me to the door. "Good because he is just about to leave!" We ran over to him while screaming his name. He looked up at us before waving while we  quickly made it over to him. "Hey guys what's up?" "Can we come with you cause we are super bored and I need to cheer up this one." She said gesturing to me. Luke hesitated for a bit. "Please. please please please!" Ella said making puppy dog eyes. "uuuugh okay." He said. "Thank you thank you thank you!" Ella said while bringing him into her embrace and planting kisses all on his face.

As we hopped into the car Luke told us how he was meeting his human friend so we couldn't say anything about wolves to him. I nodded in response. I've never really made friends with a human. Maybe this will be a first. 

As we arrived at the cafe I could hear someone calling to Luke. "Luke over here!" I heard the guy scream while waving his hand in the air. Luke nodded and lead us over to the table to where his friend was. "Ella, Lucy, this is Dan." He all exchanged hi's and sat down. I have to admit Dan was cute but definitely not as cute as Grayson. Thinking about him again started to make me a little annoyed as he wasn't talking to me. "So Lucy you with anyone." Dan said out of the blue while we were trying to make a light conversation. "Um yeah I have a, boyfriend." I said before i was going to say mate. "Well thats a shame because your so beautiful." It was awkward hearing compliments from another man as no one at the pack would dare to say things because Grayson would probably rip there head off.

I saw Luke stiffen as he noticed Dan's liking toward me. I just tried to laugh it off but it just got really awkward. "Well if it does't work out. Heres my number." He said handing a piece of his napkin to me. "Thanks but we are going pretty strong." I said after he sent a wink my way. After about 30 minutes of sitting and talking we decided to head off. "You can not see Dan again." Luke said sternly. "Why not?" I asked. "Because he has a major crush towards you and Grayson would rip his head off if he noticed!" it was true. He would probably kill the poor guy.

"Ok. You know I never was going to anyway." I said before we hopped back into his car which was conveniently parked right outside of the cafe. 

As I walked back into the pack house I could already smell Grayson was here and I had many questions to ask. As I followed his scent it lead straight to his office and without knocking I entered. He was on the computer and I could see the frown on his face while he turned in his chair. but as he looked up to me it turned into a grin. "Hey babe." He said while getting up to hug me. As he tried to pull me into him I put a hand forcefully onto his chest. "Why weren't you here this morning and why did you block me out!" I said folding my arms to my chest. "I was meeting with the rogue who sent the attack. They admitted defeat and are leaving this area today to go settle in another town!" He said beaming with joy. "That's great but still you didn't have to block me out." i said with a sad face. "I'm Sorry there leader told me I had to block everyone out because they would listen in on our conversation. Ok I guess thats a good reason. I thought to myself. "It is. Please forgive me babe I don't want you to be angry at me." He said taking my into his arms. I completely forgot that he could read my thought. "Okay fine your forgiven. And I am very happy that they admitted defeat." I said while grabbing his cheeks in my hands and giving him a long soft kiss. "You did great." I said while smiling up to him.
