We were walking out to the car before heading off to my old pack. Grey told me that my parents had some news. He didn't say if it was good or bad but whatever it is he said it would be better if I heard it from them instead of from him. So I didn't ask questions and hopped in the car. "I love you." Grey mentioned putting his hand on my thigh. "I love you too babe." I replied as I put my hand on his.

**Arrival at her parents pack***

There was barely anyone outside which was unusual and I think even Grey was confused which confused me even more as he already knew what my parents needed me for. I hopped out of the car and went to the main door of the pack house. Grey followed with his hand on my back next to me at all times. He rang the doorbell and we waited in silence but we heard no footsteps on the other side. "We might as well let ourselves in it is my old pack after all."I said while pushing the door open and letting myself in.

I looked around as I made my way around to my dads office which was in the alphas quarters. There was no one to be seen and I was starting to panic. What if my parents aren't here? I thought to myself. I found the office door and pushed it open. Grey peaking from behind to see what was happening. I looked at him before looking inside and saw his eyes widen. "Lucy your not going in there." He said pulling me away from the door and shielding me from what was inside. "Why can't I go in?" I asked annoyed as I tried to rip away from his grip. "It's not something I want you to see." HE said without thing his eyes off the room. "Just let me go check it out first and I will tell you after." He says letting go of me giving me a silent gesture to stay where I was. I nodded as he went in.

A few minutes have past and I can't wait any longer. I push the door wide open and walk in. I cover my mouth in horror. As I look at my dads chair to see his throat slit open and Grayson checking the pulse of my bloodied mother. Tears weld in my eyes as I froze on the spot. Unable to process anything. "Lucy! I told you not to come in." He said coming over and giving me a hug. I screamed and pushed him away. "Why did you need to take me to my dead parents, why couldn't you tell me they were dead!" I screamed pushing him away. "Babe I didn't know yesterday they just told me they were attacked but they were okay!" He said trying to defend himself. I was still crying. "No! This isn't real!" I screamed as I cried. He pulled me into his embrace and let me cry into his shoulder.

As He held me I saw a piece of paper in his hand. "Whats that?" I asked between gasps for air. I saw him contemplate on whether he should tell me but I gave him a death glare letting him know if he didn't I would rip him apart. "It's a note. From the rogues." He said. I snatched the note from his hands before he could stop me and turned my back to him as I read it to myself

'Her family is gone. Her home pack is gone. Now all i have to get rid of is you Greyson. Then she will be mine.' My tears fell on the paper as I dropped it to the ground. "Who is doing this?! Why are they doing this to me?!" I screamed. Greyson holding me tightly. "Come on lets go." Greyson said leading me out of the room. We walked around the corner and started walking to the door leading outside. I was about to open the door when a bullet few through the air right next to me. My head snapped to the shooter which was a young boy holding a pistol no older than 4. Greyson growled stepping in front of me. "P-please don't hurt me." The little boy shook holding the gun in his hand. I pulled Greyson back. "Are you okay? Where is everyone?" I asked the little boy slowly inching closer. "I thought you were one of them." He said as a tear slid down his pale cheek. "They took everyone outside and killed them. Then they took them away." I was hiding under the staircase and they didn't hear me."

"Are there any others still alive." I said softly trying not to frighten him even more then he already was. There was a moment of silence before he responded. "No." My heart stopped for a moment before I regained my train of thought. "Come with us we will take you back to our pack. This was my fathers pack. Anyone one of his the are still alive are now ours." I pointed towards Greyson and myself. He nodded before grabbing a hold of my hand as I lead him out with Greyson in front looking around to make sure everything was clear.

*Back to the storm pack*

As I walked into the house the first thing I saw was ella sitting on the couch watching TV. "What's got you down Lucy." She asked throwing her chips into her mouth. I decided to get straight to the point. "My parents are dead." She spat out her chips and straightened up. "What?!" She screamed. "Rogues attacked and killed everyone in the pack. Except for this little guy." She knew what this meant. Her parents were dead too. She stared into the distance for a second before blinking a few times. "I will be in my room." She said before brushing past my shoulder and upstairs to her room. I knew exactly how she was feeling. Throughout the whole mess I forgot to ask what this littles boys name was. "Hey, uh whats your name little guy." I asked crouching down to his level. "My names Sebastian." I nodded and brought him into the kitchen. I found one of our pack maids and decided to give her the responsibility of giving Sebastian a room and showing him around.

As they went off together I walked up to Grey and I's room without saying a word and he followed. "I can't believe that this is real." I said as it finally sunk in and i cried onto my pillow as Greyson cuddles me from behind. "We will figure this out. I will do everything I can to keep you safe." He said kissing my neck and pushing his head into my neck snuggling as close as possible. "I love you." He said before I fell asleep in his arms with tears streaking down my cheeks.
