"Two broken ribs, 11 gun shot wounds, and a broken arm." Rosa informs me. I shake my head in disbelief and suddenly a growl echoes through the room.
"What is it Blake?" Shade murmurs with a sigh.
"Last I checked, Blake was my former mate," I growl. Shade's eyes shoot open and she looks at me, stunned.
"How did I get here?" She questions, her eyes darting around the room in confusion.
"We kidnapped you," I say with an amused smile. She shakes her head and chuckles lightly.
"Of course you did," she smiles. I see her try to sit up and rush to her side.
She tries to wave me away but I help her anyway.
"We need to initiate you into the pack, we only have another hour before the full moon is over, and then we will have to wait another month," I tell her.
"Okay, lets go," she says and tries to get off the bed.
"Damn it Shade!" I growl when she collapses into my arms with a yelp of pain. I pick her up bridal style and place her back into the bed.
"Rosa is going to rewrap your wounds and then you will come outside, understood?" I ask Shade, my voice serious. She looks at me with wide eyes before nodding.
I turn and walk out of the room. I head to the main clearing to find Derek. He is talking to Maya by the bonfire.
"Hey, Maya, mind if I borrow him for a moment?" I ask jerking my head towards my brother.
"Of course not Alpha," she smiles and bows her head. I nod and lead Derek away from everyone else.
"We need to do the initiation ceremony. I want you to be my Beta, and Jace will be my third. I want to put Maya as head warrior," I inform him.
"That's a great idea. I will go get Aiden and Camryn since they haven't been initiated into the pack yet," he says. I nod and he leaves, heading towards the pack house.
The moon is high in the dark sky, and casts an eerie light across the forest. During the attack, we had only seven injured, and two dead.
We had the element of surprise, so we had an advantage. I remember the Lycan we took and head towards the prison to see her.
The two guards step aside for me to enter, and I jog down the stairs. I find her in the solitary cells, growling and throwing herself against the bars.
I nod to the guard to have it opened, and he calls down the hall. A clicking sound and the girl throws herself against the door once more only to fly past it and hit the cell across the hall.
I bite back a smile, and watch her turn towards me slowly. She was a rouge, but she is strong and does not look much like one.
"Who the hell are you?" She growls.
"Guess," I deadpan, crossing my arms over my chest.
"The queen bitch?" She snorts.
"Sure, if that's what they are calling female Alphas these days," I smirk. Her green eyes widen for a moment before narrowing.
"You're Raven?" She asks.
"Yes, now, what is your name?"
"Eclipse Wolf," she says, peering at me curiously.
"Now tell me why you were Blake's pack prison?" I ask her.
"He killed my pack, I'm the only one left," she shrugs.
"Okay, can you tell me what happened with Shade exactly?"
*************
"We need to do this quickly! Our time is up in only thirty minutes," I announce to the pack.
