(Hello everyone! This is my first story on Wattpad! I hope you enjoy it! Please do not take the characters and say that you've created them! Thank you!)

When I was younger, my parents fought all the time. My mother got mad enough to pick up and leave. She comes by every now and then... But, she's not the mother I remembered. Nothing at all the same.

It was the weekend I was supposed to go to my mothers, they divorced when I was young so every other weekend, I'm with my mother.

"Nixon! You're..... Mother's here!" My father yelled upstairs.

"Coming father!" My dad doesn't like being called dad from his own son, just to impress his so called 'friend'. I'm supposed to act formal and kind. If his friend stays any long, I wouldn't be able to live, formal and always kind. I would eventually yell and scream at him, then I would get a beating from my dad. Nothing terrible, maybe just a smack across the face or something else, but I never know what's gonna happen.

I walked down the stairs with a bag on my shoulder. I turned the corner to see my dad and mom talking.

I stopped in my tracks.

"Ah, Nixon. Your mother needs to tell you something."

"I think you've got that wrong... I don't think mom is a mom anymore." I said looking at my now transgendered mother.

"Nix, I know it's a lot to take in, but I want to be this way. It makes me happy." he said slowly.

"You've always wanted to be a guy?" I asked.

"Nixon." My father grabbed the sleeve of my shirt.

"Be kinder to... Him." He said looking at me.

"Okay, okay!" I said getting away from his grasp.

"Where are we going today?" I asked my mother/ father thing.

"We are going for a drive." He said.

"Where to?" He exchanged looks with my dad.

"You didn't tell him?" He asked putting his hands on his hips.

"Haha, no! He's too much into his studies!" My father said patting me on my head. I glared at him before looking to my mother.

My mother rolled his eyes.

"Nix, you're coming to live with me, in Kyoto." I looked at him.

"I'm leaving...? but, Tokyo is my home... I grew up here... I'm still growing up here..." I stated slowly.

"I know, but moving is gonna be a good chance on you. I'll give you five days to pack up, and say goodbye to your friends. It'll be worth it, trust me."

I frowned but nodded slowly.

"Okay..." I started to walk slowly upstairs, my bag slipping from my shoulder.

"I love you, Nixon." My mother told me before I got up the stairs.

"Love you too, mom."

(Btw, all chapters will be short....ish. Some may be long, some may be short. Just letting you know!)
