— Jabez's pov —

"i'm coming with you" spencer said as i made my way outside.

"no you need to stay here." i looked at him and he chuckled, "says the one with crutches".

i smiled and tossed the keys to him and soon enough we were on our way to the hospital, "you know you can get caught real quick right?" i said half way there.

"just want to make sure she's okay" he said

"you know she shot mattia" i said and he turned to look at me, "yeah man she did that and not just once" i chuckled and he shook his head with a smile.

"i don't believe you" he said smiling looking at me then back at the road, "i couldn't even believe it and it happened right infront of me" i shrugged, "emptied the whole clip" i sighed

"what?! nah now i know you're lying" he smiled in shock.

the rest of the ride was quiet, we got to the hospital and they told us she had just gotten out of surgery because one of the bullets went through her organs but everything was fine.

"can we see her?" spencer asked and they said no but paying really close attention to him.

"please we need to see her." he insisted, "unless you are family." she said and he sighed, "i'm her brother this is her boyfriend" i smiled and they only let me in.

"i hate doing this" he said because he had to make sure the coast was clear to get her out.

"if you guys were going to get me out of there why didn't you guys bring a bigger car?" sienna said as spencer pulled up.

"it was originally just going to be me." i said giving a spencer a look because i couldn't carry her.

she laughed but quickly stopped.

— Sienna's pov —

"heard you shot mattia" spencer said as he carried me to the car, "yup....16 shots" i said faintly

i don't know who gave them the idea to come get me right after surgery.

"told you" jabez said and spencer stayed with me in the back, "why?" he looked down at me as my head rested in his lap.

"oh for funzies you know" i said and he smiled, "that evangeline girl is somethin spents" i smiled and his faded, "sienna why did you empty your gun in mattia?" he said ignoring what i had just said.

"got tired of him wanting to run away with me and start new" i said slowly feeling myself fall asleep, "is everyone okay?" i asked and they stayed quiet.

"yeah, you should try sleeping it's a long drive" jabez said and i nodded.

"badass is back!!" carter yelled as spencer helped me into the house.

"yeah" i said sarcastically and they chuckled, "eric's good he just needs to stay in rest for like a week is what the doc said." he looked at jabez and spencer who nodded in response.

"let me take you up to you room." spencer looked at me, "spencer i can walk you know and your hurt as well." i said after he picked me up.

"it doesn't matter" he looked at me and smiled.

"she's going to get mad" i said and he chuckled and continued to take me up the stairs.

"okay we made it now out me down." i looked and him and he nodded then helped me to my room.

"hey baby!" i smiled looking at winter walk out of spencer's room, "it's yours?" he looked at me and i nodded, "she likes being in your room, we've closed the door and she opened it, we locked it and she was all mad scratching people left and right." i said and he chuckled.

"thank you." i said laying in my bed, "of course." he smiled then walked out and i fell asleep.

i woke up to sharp pain on my stomach, "what the hell!" i tried pushing evangeline away.

"you thought you were going to make it out huh? you hav enough fucking clue you little pick me bitch." she said punching me back down and applying even more pressure to my wound.

"help!" i yelled as loud as i could.

"no one is going to come help, i made sure of that." she smiled.

this girl genuinely freaked me out.

"you're...crazy" i looked her in the eye, "no crazy is taking advantage of spencer, then choosing polibio over him, and when you finally see him again look at him with so much love in your eyes."   she said "i can't have that."

i could no longer take the pain and started to cry and yell for help again.

"did you not listen to a single thing i just said, no one is coming to help you" she said. pulling on my hair then pushing deeper into my wound.

"just stop...y-ou are a only making...things worse" i struggled to say.

"listen we're going to be here for a while all in the same house, and i will not hesitate to kill you if i see that things aren't going my way...you have no idea the shit i've gone through and what i am capable to do to you." she said and i could see blood on my sheets now.

"stop it..im bleeding." i looked at her, "and?" she smiled. "do you understand what i said?" she said and i nodded hoping she would just get up and leave.

"good" she smiled then stabbed my thigh with a knife.

"fuck you!!" i screamed in pain and she hurried out the room.

i took slowly took the knife out. my hands were trembling and the pain from my wound was not making it any easier.

some how i managed to get to my bathroom struggled to find something to patch this up.

"sienna?" i heard from my room and room enough spencer walked in.

"what the hell happened?!" he said and i shook my head.

"sienna there's a knife covered in blood and a wound on your thigh, yet you're going to tell me it's nothing?" he said moving closer.

"yes spencer. it's nothing. you can leave i got this." i said

"no." he said and set my on the sink counter.

"spencer please just go" i looked at him with tears filling my eyes, "im not leaving." he said looking for a first aid kit.

eventually he found on and finally looked at me, "please" i said softly.

"i'm not leaving sienna." he said and i looked down shaking my head and he got the things ready.

this isn't going to end well, none of it is.
