Sabrina's POV

"Peyton!" I scream. Bradley's already being held back by the security guards. He struggles against their strength.

I watch as if in slow motion. He's falling. I run over and reach out my hands, catching his head as he falls. "It's okay, it's okay, it's okay," I whisper, trying to comfort him.

Also trying to comfort myself.

I look up for a split second. A grin is half-hidden on Bradley's face. The security guards escort him out. He curses and yells the whole way.

Rowan and Corey rush to my side. "Is he okay?" Corey asks.

Peyton doesn't answer.

Michael Jacobs has run over and is carefully inspecting him. "He's unconscious," he confirms.

I let out a breath I didn't realize I'd been holding.

His jaw is bleeding heavily; there's a scratch through his face. The crew move him backstage and begin ushering everyone out.

Rowan runs over and hugs me tight. "He'll be okay," she says. Corey joins us and we stand together in silence.

I'm in the hospital waiting room. I'd been restless the whole day, checking my phone every minute to see if there's an update on Peyton, so my mom suggested I go and wait for him. I'm still nervous though. Finally I turn to twitter to calm myself. I can always count on my fans to comfort me when I need it.

Something terrible has happened I begin. I stop typing. How do I say this? I try again.

Something has happened, and someone I used to love is the cause of it.

Better? No, I think to myself.

What do you do when someone you love is hurt by a former lover?

Without thinking, I press post. Within seconds, the retweets start rolling in.

I'm so sorry Sab

We love you stay strong

Thinking of you, queen

Man, I love my Sabrinators!

Another tweet comes in and catches my eye.

So, you love Peyton?

Of course I love Peyton, I think to myself. I also love Rowan and Corey and Ben and Danielle and Auggie.

But do I love him?

I smile down at my phone. I think I know my answer.

Peyton's POV

I wake up the next morning in a strange room. I'm super dizzy at first, and the air is filled with random colors.

This really doesn't look like my room.

A woman in a blue sweater walks in.

"You're awake! How are you feeling, honey?"

It takes me a minute to register that it's my mom. Then I notice medical supplies all around me.

The kiss. The taping. Bradley. Everything starts to come back to me.

I have to make sure Sabrina's okay. I start to sit up, but a searing pain in my lower jaw forces me back down.

I rub the spot, only to make it hurt more. I wince, but try to hide it so my mom will let me see Sabrina.

She looks at me, worried. "You're going to need surgery on that, bud."

"What?" I exclaim.

She sighs. "Yes, I'm sorry to say. It's been scheduled for tomorrow, which means you got at least another two nights here."

"But what about the table read and rehearsals?" I ask.

"You'll just have to miss them. Look, if it makes you feel any better, Sabrina, Rowan, and Corey were here yesterday. I'll see if they're still here."

"Thanks, mom," I reply.

A few minutes later, Sabrina walks in. She's wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt with a ponytail and has no makeup on, but she looks as beautiful as always.

"Peyton!" she practically shouts as she runs towards me. She gives me a huge hug and I feel her breathing heavily. She kisses my cheek and I blush. She does as well.

"I'm so sorry," I say as I hug her.

"Why are you sorry?" she asks.

"That Bradley did that to you."

She laughs slightly. "You're in the hospital, with a broken jaw, and you're feeling bad that my boyfriend cheated on me?"

I laugh too. "Yeah, pretty much."

She glances at her phone.

"Oops, I have to go. I was here since six last night and I'd better shower before the table read today."

"It's okay," I say. I wish she'd stay, but she has more important things right now.

"You're the sweetest," she says, leaning in for one last hug. "Hope the surgery goes well!"

"Hope everything goes well with Bradley," I reply.

She squeezes me one last time before getting up to leave. "I'll text you later."

"Okay," I reply as she leaves.

"I love you," I whisper, so quietly no one can hear it.
