Chapter 6: Surprises
Lucy's P.O.V.
"Hello? Yeah, why? But... Yeah. Will Wendy be going as well? Okay. Okay. I'll ask," Natsu sighed as he held his hand up to cover a mini box with an apple on it. "The girls want to know if you want to have a girls day out with them."
"Sure," I responded as I eyed the little box suspiciously. "Who'll be there?"
"Levy, Erza, Mira, Juvia, Cana, and Wendy." Natsu turned to the box. "She said sure. Okay, okay. Okay I'll tell her. NO! WHAT KIND OF PERSON DO YOU THINK I AM!?! I'M NOT A PERVERT! GOD ERZA! Bye." He clicked a red button on the screen of the box and turned to me red faced. "The girls want to meet up at Erza's favorite bakery for lunch. I'll drive you there if you want."
"Um... I... I don't have a change of clothes..." I blushed as I realized I was in one of Natsu's shirts.
"You can borrow some clothes mom bought Wendy for when she grows up." Natsu walked into another room and came back with a pink, sleeveless sweater shirt with a brown belt attached to it and a short black skirt as well as black boots.
"Thanks... why do you have Wendy's clothes?" I asked confused.
"Because she's my sister? And lives here?"
"Wendy's your sister!?!" I cried.
"Shut up Natsu!" A voice yelled from another room. A man with black hair walked into the room we were in.
I gasped. "What are you doing here!?!"
Zerif looked at me confused. "Isn't she the girl you visit everyday at the hospital? Isn't she supposed to be in a coma?"
"Uh, well, yeah. She woke up a few days ago," Natsu chuckled nervously.
"Why is she staying with us?"
"She didn't have a plane to stay..."
"Natsu," I butted in. "Why is Zerif, the black mage, the reason I died, here?"
"The reason you died? Luce, you aren't dead."
"In Fiore I am."
"Luce, this is my brother. Zerif. Bro, this is my gir... er... I mean friend, Lucy." Zerif held out his hand.
"Nice to meet you Lucy," Zerif waved his hand.
He didn't seem deadly. I took his hand and shook it. "Yeah, sure." We just stood there awkwardly for a good five minutes before I broke the silence.
"Well," I cleared my throat. "If you excuse me, I have to go get ready for the day." I hurried off to the bathroom before anyone could object.
