Chapter 7: Day Out
Lucy's P.O.V.

"LU-CHAN!!!" Levy called from a table outside the bakery. I thanked Natsu for the ride and advanced towards Levy and the girls.

"Hey Levy-chan!" I greeted. "How are you?"

"I'm doing fine. What about you? Did Natsu-san treat you well?" Levy raised an eyebrow as she steered me towards a chair by Juvia and her.

"Why wouldn't he, Levy-chan?"

"Because he likes you. He may have put a move on you while you were confused." Levy pretended to faint. "That would've been absolutely awful!"

Juvia laughed. "At least Grey-sama would never do something as scandalous as that to Juvia."

"He better not," Erza said with a deadly aura glowing around her.

"I know that Natsu-oniisan would never do that to Lucy-san," Wendy said.

"I know he wouldn't. Natsu isn't like that. I know him," I added.

The girls looked at me like I was crazy.

"Lucy, you know Natsu?" (A drunk) Cana asked. "I mean, more than the few days you've known him?"

"No... I mean yes... I mean... not in this..."

"Natsu! You're not aloud to bring pets here!" I yelled at my best friend.
"But Luce! This is Igneel! He's a salamander I found when mom was brining me here." Natsu held out a red amphibian.
I looked at the five year old before me and laughed.
"Natsu, you're an idiot! The daycare doesn't allow animals!"

"... I do know Natsu. I've known him all my life. He was my best friend as a child..."

Everyone was silent. Then Mira squealed.

"Oh my gosh!!!! NaLu! NaLu! NaaaaaLu!!!"

"NaLu?" I asked.

"It's a ship name! Na for Natsu and Lu for Lucy!!" Mira explained with tons of squeals.

I was about to respond when I remembered something. "Hey Wendy?"

"Yea?" Wendy asked.

"You're Natsu's sister and you live with him and Zerif. Right?"

"Yea."

"Then why weren't you at the apartment yesterday?" Wendy blushed.

"I... I... well..."

"She was hanging out with her boyfriend!" Cana teased.

"He's not my boyfriend!" Wendy defended.

"You and Romeo-kun act like a couple," Juvia said.

"It's not like he likes me or anything..." Wendy said looking down.

"But you like him?" I asked.

"Maybe..."

"RoWen! RoWen! RoooooWennnn!!!" Mira squealed yet again.

We talked for a couple couple more hours before another white haired maiden ran over.

"I'm... I'm sorry I'm... I'm late," Lisanna said through gasps.

"Lissy-chan?" I asked. "I didn't know you'd be joining us. Natsu didn't include you when he was telling me who was going to be here."

Lisanna looked at me strangely. "Lulu-chan? Mira never said you'd be here." We both looked at the she demon.

"Mira-san?" I asked.

"Heh heh... you see... um... well... LisannausedtolikeNatsubutdoesn'tanymorebutIthoughtifsheknewyouwerehereshewouldn'tcomebecauseNatsulikesyounow," Mira explained in a single breath.

I laughed. "Lissy-chan would never do that! She likes Bixlow now!" Lisanna looked at me with a suprised expression.

"How'd you know that? I never told anyone I liked Bixlow."

"You told me two years after you came back from Edolas. Then you two started dating. You got married soon after and have a little girl named Felisha," I stated like it was a well known fact.

Lisanna's eyes widened. "What the heck is Edolas? And why did I tell you? And Bixlow likes me?!"

"Edolas... oh, crap. I'm back in my Fiore mind." I smacked my forehead. "Bad Lucy, bad."

"Love rival? Are you okay?" Juvia asked.

Great. Everyone thought I was crazy.
