[GREY]

Silver laid out all the information for Beatrice, his voice steady as he explained everything. She listened intently, occasionally interjecting with a question, but he answered each one without hesitation.

The conversation didn't last long. Beatrice took it all in, nodding as she processed our reasoning—why we hadn't trusted her with this knowledge before. When Silver finally finished, she let out a small sigh, leaning back.

"I always knew there was something off about you three," she admitted. "But I guess this explains a lot... especially those ridiculous powers of yours. I used to think I just didn't know enough about the world to understand them, but now I see I was wrong."

With that, Silver continued, revealing everything—the prophecy, the history of this world, the Celestials, and all that tied them together. Beatrice listened closely, her expression shifting as she absorbed the weight of his words.

"I guess Miss Vermouth wasn't exaggerating when she said most of the other Celestials were childish," she murmured, her brows furrowing in thought. Then, after a pause, she added, "But why didn't she mention how important it is to fill the spot my past incarnation—Ose—left behind? We're talking about a whole country here..."

She fell into quiet contemplation, turning our words over in her mind.

Arkane spoke up next, her voice steady. We had already discussed this on our way here, so she knew exactly what to say.

"We believe it's because you never asked to be born a Celestial," she said. "This isn't your burden to bear. Miss Vermouth likely thought it was wrong to place such a heavy responsibility on a child." She paused for a moment before adding, "But there could be other reasons. We still don't know how the other Celestials would react if they found out about you... After all, they see what he did as a major sin."

Beatrice simply nodded. "I'll think about it more. But what about you now? The headmaster knows your secret, which opens a lot of possibilities for you," she said.

I took a deep breath before speaking. "I think the three of us should split up... for a while."

Arkane and Silver both gave me puzzled looks. "Don't look at me like that," I continued. "Right now, we haven't found the perfect way to utilize our abilities. We always rely on teamwork, which is great, but it also keeps us from growing individually. We're already strong as a team—almost perfect, even more so with Beatrice—but our last battle showed us that the challenges ahead won't be easy. If we want to survive, each of us needs to become a force to be reckoned with on our own."

Silver contemplated my words before nodding in agreement, and Arkane soon followed.

Beatrice was silent for a moment before she spoke. "Then... I'll go my own way as well. You can tell the headmaster about me, but not the whole celestial thing. Just say I'll be gone for a while, like the three of you." She paused, then added, "I want to visit the country Ose used to lead. Which one was it?"

We exchanged glances and shrugged.

"The headmaster didn't give us specifics," Silver replied. "He probably doesn't know himself."

Beatrice nodded in understanding. "I guess I'll have to ask my master," she said, already thinking of a way to contact Vermouth.

Before any of us could say another word, the room around us shifted. A gentle, feminine voice echoed through the air.

"Trying to find me, my dear child?"

A tall, young-looking woman emerged seamlessly from the floor, as if she were part of the very fabric of reality. She wore a stunning, luxurious dress, and her crystal-purple eyes shimmered with an otherworldly brilliance. My breath caught as I felt the sheer weight of her presence—an overwhelming power that could crush us in an instant.
