The life I used to have
When every day was smiles and laughs
When every day felt like a blessing,
Like I was living in an answered prayer

When my only worry was passing my classes
When my only inconvenience was wearing earbuds at the same time as glasses
When nothing brought down my mood
When everyday I talked to you
I miss it
The pet names and "I miss you",
The random calls and "I love you"
On the off chance I was in a bad mood,
That would change when I talked to you
I miss it
The cuddles and kisses,
The giggles and giddiness,
The dates and romance,
Being so in love I felt like superman
I miss it

I miss what used to be
Heck, I even miss when there was something interesting to watch on TV
