There's something beautiful that happens in the midst of the storm,
When you hit rock bottom.

Everything is brighter,
Everything is better than right now.

When things can't possibly get worse,
The only option is to get better.

Take time to re-learn yourself,
Or learn your new self.

Allow yourself to go through metamorphosis,
Shed the things that happened to you
And embrace the things that make you who you are!

Find out what makes you smile again,
Laugh again,
Brave again,
Courageous again,
Confident again,
Love again.

There's something so beautiful about falling in love with yourself,
At every version of yourself
