Chapter 3

~Riley's POV~

After I took a shower and put my pajamas on I walked down stairs just as the bell rang. I unlocked it and El and Maya stood there grinning.

"Movie night!" They exclaimed I laughed and let them in.

"So where's the ice cream?" I asked Maya looking to see if she was holding any bags.

"What do you mean?" Maya asked.

"You said you were bringing a surprise." I said hoping it would be a sweet candy surprise.

"Yeah it's being delivered." Maya said grinning knowingly at me.

"Oh ok. Well you guys can go on down to the theatre and pick out 1 movie each. The pizza I ordered should be here any minute." I said hoping whatever it was, that it wasn't male strippers. They went downstairs and after a few minutes the doorbell rang again. I grabbed the money on the counter and opened the door.

"Here's the-what the hell are you 3 doing here?!" I asked shocked.

"Maya invited us. And by the way the pizza guy pulled up when we got here so Jace paid him." James said making me slightly mad at what he said. He had no right.

"You're welcome." Jace said and they walked in. I closed the door behind them. I'm going to kill Maya.

"If I asked you guys to leave would you?" I asked hoping they would.

"Nope." Jace said popping the 'p'. I sighed and looked at the ground.

"Follow me." I led them downstairs.

"Maya" I called as I stepped down off the last step.

"You're surprise has arrived." I announced.

"Guys you made it!" Maya said smirking.

"I said we would be here." Jaxon said.

"Yeah I never miss out on movies and free food." James said sitting down, along with Jace and Jaxon.

"Maya could I talk to you?" I asked.

"Alone." I added.

"Of course." Maya said. I pulled her up the stairs and once I knew they couldn't hear us I turned to her.

"Why did you invite them?" I hissed at her .

"To begin preparation for your revenge." Maya answered like it was obvious.

"I don't understand." I said frowning a bit.

"It's okay you don't have to understand until tomorrow."  She said. Smirking at me Maya patted me on the head then walked back down to the theatre. I let out a long breath then walked to the kitchen and grabbed a can of Dr.Pepper cherry then went back to the theatre. Everyone was already on the couch and the coming attractions were playing. I looked at the couch after grabbing a slice of cheese pizza. The only place big enough for me was between Jace and Elliette.

"You have got to be kidding me." I muttered under my breath. I grabbed my favorite super soft blanket and sat down next to Jace and El.

"What movie are we watching?" I asked El.

"I don't know. Maya and I decided to let the boys choose." El answered.
"Jace picked this movie out." El said. I leaned over to Jace.

"What movie did you pick out?" I asked.

"You'll see." He said. I rolled my eyes. It was quiet for a minute or 2 when Jace whispered again.

"Do you mind sharing your blanket?" He asked.
