The next morning I woke up extra early so that I could curl my hair and paint my nails. I had just finished curling my hair when the girls woke up.
"Oh look who's getting all cutesy." Maya said to Elliette. I rolled my eyes.
"Maya stop reading into this. I just wanted to look more put together today." I said.
"Uh huh sure. So it has nothing to do with the fact that Jace is picking you up today?" El asked.
"Nope." I answered popping the 'p'.
"Bull." Maya said grinning.
"I refuse to believe that even for a second." she added. I shrugged my shoulders and walked to my closet to put my clothes on.
"Believe what you want. It's not for Jace."
"Fine. Whatever." Maya said.
"Guys I'm hungry." El announced. I sighed.
"Let me do my make up real quick then I'll go down and make chocolate chip pancakes." I said walking out in my clothes.
"YAAAAY!!!!!!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!" El said attacking me in a bone crushing hug.
"Alright alright let me go." I said.
"Okie."

It turns out Maya was right. Jace did indeed arrive at my house on a motorcycle. Luckily they had left with Jaxon and James before Jace arrived so I don't have to here Maya say 'I told you so.'
"Jace I'm not getting on that killing machine." I said. Jace ignored me.
"Jace-"
"Live a little Riley." Jace said interrupting me. When I didn't respond or get on Jace sighed.
"If you get on I'll tell you what the boys and I are planning to do to get back at the girls and you." Jace said. I hesitated for a second or two then sighed.
"Fine. But if we crash and die I'll be in the afterlife saying 'I told you so.'" I said and swung my leg over the bike. Jace started the motor and turned around to look at me.
"Hold on tight Princessa."He said. I wrapped my arms around his waist loosely but they automatically tightened when he stepped on the gas.
"AHHH!" I squealed burying my face in his neck. I never looked up not even when we stopped at lights. I could tell when we pulled into the school parking lot because Jace slowed down tremendously. I did not lift my head until the engine was fully cut off. I got off when Jace put the kickstand down.
"Thanks for the ride. I'll see you in Theatre." I said and started walking to the front of the school. I had made it up the steps when Jace caught up to me and put his arm around my waist.
"If you don't remove your arm in 3 seconds I will twist it so far that you'll beg for me to knee you in the balls instead." I threatened. Jace chuckled and let go then walked off to his friends. I saw Elliette and Maya standing by my locker. As soon as I was in front of them El started talking non-stop.
"Riley guess what?!?!" Before I could even open my mouth and answer El answered her own question.
"Today we're doing STAGE FIGHTING!!" she squealed loudly and high pitched.
"I'm sorry could you please repeat that I seem to have temporarily lost my hearing from you SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS!!" I yelled. She smiled bashfully.
"Sorry Riles I'm just really excited." She explained.
"I know but you need to learn how to be excited quietly sweetie." I said.
"What's with all the screaming over here?" Jace asked walking over to us with James and Jaxon right behind him. I watched El open her mouth to answer and slapped my hand over her mouth quickly before she could yell again.
"El is super excited because we are doing stage fighting in theatre today." I explained.
"Ah. I thought she was excited because she heard that James was in our class now." Jace said. El glared at James.
"WHY ME LORD?!" She yelled up to the sky.
"Again that's my ear." I growled. She looked at me bashfully.
"Sorry." She apologized.
"It's fine."
"Guys I gotta go I got 2 minutes to get to class." Maya said. She waved bye to us and walked over to Jaxon and pulled him along with her.
"Alright let's go stage fight."
