Chapter 14:The Mysterious Island

It had been a couple of weeks ever since the Grand Magic Games and all was well...until today.Sting apparently had something to say so we had to meet up in the Guild Hall.In all honesty you were trying to avoid a certain Dragon Slayer...some stuff went down not too long ago...

(Flashback)

"Why did he kiss you!?"Rogue yelled.

"Rogue..."you muttered looking away.

"Y/N..."he growled walking up to you,you were afraid...to see his furious,red eyes.

"Rogue,I already told you..."you began.

"I know!But I want you to explain why that bastard kissed you!"he yelled."Right in front of my own two eyes!"

"It was an accident..."you began but once again you were cut off by Rogue.

"That's exactly why I want to know what happened!Dammit,why can't you just tell me!?"

You stayed silent not saying a word and Rogue had backed you up against a wall,he placed both of his hands on either of your shoulders and squeezed them hard making you whimper.You looked away feeling the guilt eat at you,you had never seen Rogue so pissed off before.

"Tell me what happened"he demanded.

You bit your lip closing your eyes,for some reason you were afraid to tell him.Afraid that he might get mad at you and never talk to you again.

"Y/N"his voice was lowered and it was full of hurt,it broke your heart seeing him like this.

Tears formed at the edge of your eyes and you tried to hold them back,but it was really hard.Suddenly,Rogue's hands left your shoulders and he pulled you into a tight hug.

"What happened back there,Y/N?"he asked softly.

"I don't know,me and Sting were just getting some ice cream...I thought you would take a while on your job so I asked Sting if he wanted to go with me grab some ice cream.He agreed to go and so we got our ice cream,while we were heading back to Sabertooth...that idiot tripped and he ended up falling on top of me,coincidentally our lips connected at the time and it took a few seconds to get him off of me...you probably only saw me accidentally kissing Sting before storming off"

You looked up and saw Rogue's face red from probably embarrassment.

"Oh...I guess I overreacted"he said,smiling sheepishly.

"Overreacted is an understatement"you said making him roll his eyes.

Suddenly his head dipped down for a kiss and you gladly accepted,when he broke away he held you tighter,though not too tight as not to hurt you.

"Y/N?"he asks.

"Hmm?"

"Can we forget sleep now and forget the little thing that happened a few minutes ago?"Rogue asks with a grin.

"Alright..."

(End of Flashback)

Knowing him (Which you did) he was probably going to 'make it up to you',which is why you were avoiding him on this particular day.God,Sting is such a bad influence...

"So the exchange student program thing the council made has been cancelled,although i've been told Natsu-san and some of the other guys from Fairy Tail are coming over here so that Sabertooth and Fairy Tail could merge into one and help the council solve the mystery of the island that emerged not too long ago...by the way,Rogue,Y/N your coming with me,apparently the three of us are gonna head over to the island with the Fairy Tail guys to do some exploring"Sting explained.

"Alright,alright"you muttered following your Guild Master who was walking out of the guild happily.

"Oh,Y/N"Sting began looking at you.

"Hai?"you ask.

"Sorry about what happened the other day with the ice cream,I guess I didn't see where I was walking"

"It's fine Sting,it was an accident"you said dismissing the thought by changing the topic.

"Where's Rogue?"you asked,noticing he was nowhere to be found.

"Oh,him?He's in that place where the island can be seen,he said he'll wait for us there with the Fairy Tail guys"Sting said happily.

In a minute you saw Natsu,Lucy,Gray,and Erza walking up to us,you glanced over to where Sting was only to find that the Dragon Slayer had run off to Natsu.

"Natsu-san!!!"Sting yelled.

"Sting!Y/N!How ya been?"Natsu asked,smiling,in response you smiled back and waved at Natsu and the other guys from Fairy Tail.

"Hurry up!The exchange program is cancelled!"Sting said,grabbing Natsu's arm and dragging him away.

"Huh?"Natsu and the others asked confusedly.

"Just come with us"you bluntly said following Sting who was dragging a confused Natsu behind him.

(A bit of walking later)

"That's..."Sting began."An island right?"Natsu interrupted.

"Hai,it suddenly emerged a few days ago"you said calmly.

We were on some sorta viewing tower,Sting was on the left corner of the tower thing (A/N:Forgive meh if Sting was actually on the very right),Natsu was next to him,Lucy next to Natsu,Erza next to Lucy,Gray next to Erza and you were next to Gray,on the right corner of the thing was Rogue.(A/N:Again,I apologize if I had misplaced someone,just go along with it,pwease?)

"Is that even possible?"Lucy asked.

Out of nowhere Rogue,who had been quiet the entire time,spoke up,"It's true.We think it appeared because of the occurence when the ground shook not too long ago"

"It's not a volcano,it has a forest...it's a weird island"Lector said.

"Fro thinks so too~!"Frosch,who was currently on top of your head to get a better view of the island,said happily making you giggle quietly.

"The council contacted us and..."Sting began before Lahar,who appeared out of nowhere,butted into our conversation,"We want you to explore the island,Sabertooth and Fairy Tail working together"

The Sky Dragon Slayer and her exceed suddenly appeared from behind Lahars,suprising her guildmates.

"What are you guys doing here?"Natsu asked.

"Master asked us to come"she began before her exceed continued for her,"You've been causing trouble all over the kingdom so Master told us to keep an eye on you"

"Well,if you want us to investigate the island you should tell us what you know about it"Erza said.

"This is the Council's ruling:'The island is dangerous'"Lahar said making you raise an eyebrow.

"Dangerous?How?"you ask yourself,looking at the mysterious island again.

"Hey Kemokemo?"Natsu asked looking down at some fluffy poofball made of black and green fur.

Only now did you notice it was alive,you thought is was Natsu's stuffed toy he brought along or something.I mean,it really looks like a stuffed toy that is friking fluffy and poofy and so damn huggable.

"Well then,we should be on our way to the island"...

A/N:

I just had to include this 'arc' I mean...Kemokemo is so damn adorable and I just wanna hug him sooooo bad.I mean like seriously,we need Kemokemo plushies dammit!Like human-sized so I can hug it with all i've got!That would be perfect!Imagine going to sleep while hugging that kawaii god o' plants!
