After that conversation with Shawn, I helped Spencer Stylington, a new girl in our school with her books.
"Thanks." She says.
"Don't mention it." I say
"Hey so I know we just met but do you want to come over to my house? My friend Courtney and I are going to shoot a haul video, maybe you wanna tag along?" I ask her.
"Oh sure that's amazing. Are we going to the mall after school? Oh and not to be creepy or anything but I know where you live." She asks.
"Wait what?" I ask her.
"Well I just moved recently here to New York, and I live across the street from you. I saw you and a girl, which I'm guessing is Courtney. So we're neighbors!" She says.
"Wow, funny how the world works. Anyways just get what you need and I'll borrow my mom's car and we can go to the mall. You didn't get any homework right?" I ask her.
"No, thank god!" she says.
3:30 pm At the Mall
"Oh my fucking gosh look who it is." Courtney says. I turn around and look in the direction she's facing.
"Holy shit why are they here?" I say.
"Well it is a public mall." Spence says. Spence is her new nickname.
I roll my eyes, I think we're all going to be best friends.
I literally lock eyes with Shawn for like five seconds. I turn away and they ask me what wrong, to quickly change the subject i tell them that we should start shopping and that I need to upload a video at 7:30.
6:30pm At Esther's House
We make our way up to my room an place our bags separately.
"You guys think we can film a video in an hour?" I ask them.
"Yeah. Hey what's your YouTube channel I'll subscribe." Spence says.
"Oh well I have two. GracefulEsther and EstherPlays." I tell her.
"That's who you are, oh my gosh you looked so familiar, I love your channel GracefulEsther." She tells me.
"Aww you're so sweet. You guys ready you record?" I ask them.
"Hell yeah!" Spence says. "Sorry." She says and laughs.
