That night I once again rose in the middle of the night and dressed in black to go on patrol around Pack borders, and secretly meet up with an old friend. I once again belted the sheath that held my father's sword and crept down the stairs and out the front door. Meeting up with my team each of us phased and took off through the woods towards the Pack borders.

If nothing went wrong my team and I would be back before dawn. I took off with the biggest in my team and ran around the borders once with him to see if any rogues were near enough to ambush while on patrol. After finding nothing we returned back to the team and began our slow trot down the hidden path that was the Southern Borders.

Thankfully nothing went wrong on patrol and we all parted ways back at my house and I crept inside and walked down the hall towards the training room. Stopping before I reached the door I straightened a picture of me when I was three knowing that it would open up my own secret little room. I'd built the room to play and compose my music without anybody hearing me. I walked inside and smiled as the wall closed back up behind me, after I flipped on the lights I took my seat at the old piano that my mother had left to me that was in "storage".

I don't know how long I was in my secret little room but soon I heard the sounds of my brothers waking up and knew it was my time to go. Quickly stepping out of the room I resealed the wall and ran into the kitchen where I quickly made them their lunches to send them off to work with. After I had made them each some sandwiches I ran outside and started up their trucks so that the engines would be warm enough to run properly.

Going back in I grabbed their lunches off the table and handed them the bags as they ran out the door each giving me a kiss on the cheek as they went yelling their good-byes as they hopped in their trucks. Shutting the door after they had driven away I walked into the hall closet and pulled out some cleaning supplies to complete some chores before I snuck off from the house later.

Everyone was up and about and I could visibly see the disappointment on their faces when they realized I only cooked breakfast when my brothers were off of work. When they finally had come down the stairs that morning I was in the middle of collecting the clothes for the wash. My brothers were forbidden by me to wash clothes in this house or at least my clothes anyway because the last time they washed my clothes my favorite skin tight red dress had come out pink along with all of their work shirts, so the laundry was my job. I didn't mind taking care of my big brothers, and I never really had a problem with it.

Picking up my brothers' sweaty shirts and pants I tossed them into the laundry basket and walked into the laundry room with the basket of dirty laundry in hand. Tyler walked in while I was in the midst of folding the clothes and separating them into piles of whose they were.

"Why do you work so hard around the house? You're only seventeen, Star, and you're already acting like a housewife!" He said when I finally acknowledged that he was standing in the doorway.

"My brothers work to support us, Tyler, and I keep the house clean. If they make a mess on purpose I make them get their lazy asses up and clean it. I don't act like a housewife, I just do my part," I replied still folding the clothes,"If you don't like it you don't have to hang out here, y'all are guests not our prisoners."

I felt his gaze searching my face as I continued to fold up the clothes and hang them on hangers. Tyler stepped into the small room and picked up one of my father's old shirts that I had slept in a few nights before and began to carefully fold it then place it on top of my other less decent night gowns.

"Well, if you're going to be cooped up working all day long I guess I'll just be working right along with you, Beautiful." He said as he hung some of my jeans on hanger.

I smiled at the fact that even though he had the choice to go and spend time with his sister and twin brother he chose to stay by my side and work so that the house was clean by the time my brothers returned home from work.

"You know, I keep trying so hard to stop falling in love with you and with every little thing you do for me I just keep falling deeper and deeper." I said as I gently brushed my lips against his.

"Remember a wolf knows it's mate on sight. You're mine, Star, and I'm never letting go."
