3-Cafe Chats

I know the last chapter escalated quite quickly but I just wanted to get to the good part, but I will update twice today, so enjoy :)

Calum's P.O.V.

I was surprised with myself, I just accepted myself as gay and I was already going on a date. I just met Luke a few hours ago but I actually really liked him. He was the one who asked me to lunch so it's not like I'm forcing him into this, right? I went to my boss's door and knocked, no answer I just yelled,"I'm going out for lunch, I'll be back in 2 hours or so." I didn't even wait for an answer I just went back to Luke. We walked out of the store and down the street, "Where do you want to eat?" Luke asked me, I didn't actually know so I thought of something on the spot,"There's a little cafe at the end of this street? We could go there." He flashed his adorable smile and nodded in agreement. Why have fallen so hard for him he's probably just using me anyway. No, Calum stop! We had stopped those thoughts a long time ago, don't bring them back. I straightened up my back and tried to focus on the happy things, like I'm going on date with an amazing guy, who knows this might lead to great things. We finally got to the cafe and we took a seat in the back. We had a moment of awkward silence until he broke it by saying, "Is this your first date with a guy? I noticed you tense up when I asked your "type" so I'm just curious." I nodded shyly. He smiled and touched my hand again, "Don't worry I won't bite, it's a date we need to learn about each other somehow." he said calmly. We then started swapping secrets and interests and while he was talking I noticed a little hole under his lip on the left side. "Do you have a lip ring?" I asked sounding more surprised than I meant too. He sighed and nodded slowly, "Can I see it?" I ask. "No one likes it, they say it makes me look intimidating." he answers sadly. "Well you should show me so I can see you in all your glory." He laughed and reached into his pocket and pulled out a black ring. He then looked away and slipped it through the hole. When he turned around, I melted, he looked so good, his lips were so pink and the lip ring looked amazing, I wanted to kiss him. Wait, it was the first date I couldn't do that. I realized I hadn't said anything yet so,"Oh my god, It looks great, what blind person told you that you looked intimidating, you look hot, I mean." I stopped, how could I have just said that. I covered my mouth with my hands and blushed. Like always he just smirked but it was so much more effective with the lip ring. "Do I?" he asked slowly. I looked up and nodded, oh god this was embarrassing.

Luke's P.O.V.

He looked up at me with his puppy eyes. Awe he was embarrassed. I laughed,"It's okay, Calum I don't mind" He smiled, then the waitress came over,"What would you guys like?" So we ordered and ate. When she came back she asked,"Where are your special ladies?" we laughed a bit before I said,"No, we're together." I saw Calum's eyes shot up and smile. "I'm sorry." She apologized. I payed and we walked out of the cafe. "Together, huh?" Calum says. I giggle and reach for his hand, he grabs it. I know I like him a lot, maybe I love him. I wasn't sure but I think he may feel the same way. He holds my hand tighter and sighs, I hope he's enjoying this. I wonder what would happen if I asked him to be my boyfriend. Obviously not now, we just met but I felt like something good can come from us being together.

Calum's P.O.V.

I had my hand in his, it felt nice knowing someone cared about you. I feel like I'm in love with him, but that's impossible I only met him today. Maybe love at first sight was an actual thing? I don't know but all I know is he makes me happy and that's what counts, right? If he loves me back, would we be boyfriends, or does someone have to ask? I don't know but I do know that I want to be with him.

|| YAYYYYY!!!!!! This is update 1/2 for today I'm still thinking about how this will go, I'll try to slow the story line down a bit because i feel like it's moving to quick but oh well :)
