I wake up sitting at my desk. At first I didn't know how I got there, but when I looked dow and saw the song I was working on last night. Like a boomerang all the memories from last night came back to me and hit me hard in the head. I rubbed my head, groaning of how tired I am.

So I went downstairs and I realize nobody was home. I see something on the kitchen counter. I see a muffin on the table with a Post-It note.

Shawn,

Dad and I are at work. Aaliyah is at a sleepover, so you'll be home alone for the day.

DON'T BURN THE HOUSE DOWN!

~Mom

I laughed at the note and ate the muffin. Well I'm not going to sit home alone all day, so I guess I'll call Angela. While I was dialing the number, in the corner of my eyes I see someone laying on my porch. I open my front door to see Taylor curled up in a ball on my porch. I felt my heart beating out of my chest.

"He looks so cute when he's sleeping," I thought to myself.

Then I slapped myself in the face.

"Shawn, you're not gay!" I screamed to myself,"Well I can't leave him out here."

I pick him up bridal style and brought him in the house. I set him down on the couch and put a blanket over him. A few moments later, I heard him talk in his sleep.

"Shawn," he said giggling.

I almost spit out my tea when I heard him say my name.

"Please, Shawn," he said begging.

I laughed to myself and drink some of my tea. I walk upstairs and get my guitar. I begin to think of a tone for my new song. I finally thought of one and started singing it.

We don't have to be ordinary
Make your best mistakes
Cause we don't have the time to be sorry
So baby be the life of the party
I'm telling you to take your shots, it might scary
Hearts are gonna break
Cause we don't have the time to be sorry
So baby be the life of the party

"You have a beautiful voice," a voice said.

I gasp and turned around to see Taylor leaning on the doorway.

"T-Thanks," I said putting my guitar down,"So, how are you feeling?"

"Another than my huge headache then I'm fine," he said rubbing my head.

"Here, I have some Advil," I said throwing him the bottle.

He took the pills and sat down next to me.

"So did you write that song?" He asked grabbing my notebook.

"Yeah," I said picking up my guitar,"Taylor, do you remember anything from remember anything from last night?"

"Not a thing, why?" He asked while reading the lyrics.

"Well, you don't want to," I said looking at him.

"Why?" He asked looking at me.

I felt him scoot closer, then look away.

"You were pretty crazy last night," I said giggling.

"What did I do?" He said yawning.
