It seems that the Commander's actions have reached the Central Government and they aren't happy with what he was withholding

He made friends during that month and planned accordingly on how to take them down having Enikk supply him with all that he needs to remove them
Enikk surmised that the Ark will not be sustainable with how the politics is causing division, resentment and hate especially with one of the Central Government's dogs tried to Wipe Out the Outer Rim
All of this will be a powder keg ready to blow up in the Central Government's face
With Mustang ready Jaune had broadcasted their talks

Burningham: I don't know if this will benefit the Ark. We must not make him our enemy.
Doban: He shouldn't have the Authority to make such a decision! That Technology should be used for the betterment of the Ark! He's just a junior Commander!
Andersen: and he has done more than you ever did! What have you done but screw around when the Ark was invaded!?
When the Raptures were rampaging, you were headed to the Outer Rim armed to the teeth ready for war.
Doban: I was hunting Heavenly Ascension down!
Burningham:...we...we..w..we already had the perpetrators of the Attack in our sights. The Mastermind of it all a Nikke named Crow caused all of the damage.
Andersen: and we found her at Missilis Medical Center. That is far from where YOU were!
Doban: I don't need to explain my actions to you! And don't stray off topic!
That Commander needs to hand over that technology to us right now!
*bzzzt*
Jaune: I will do no such thing.
They all looked to the Monitor
Andersen: I take it you have set up Operations?
Jaune: I have.
He shows them the Base they already built and the Mirage System in place that keeps them out of Rapture detection
Then 4 Mass Produced Jegans doing routine patrols
Andersen: quite the place you have built up. It looks a bit like the Outpost.
Jaune: people will be living here so I made it at least comfortable for civilians to stay in.
Doban's eyes sharpen at the sight of the Jegans
Jaune: I can see your angry face all the way in the back you bastard. Why don't you just come out and say it.
Tell me to give you my people's technology.
Silence fills the room and the people seeing this broadcast
Jaune: my people fought and died to reduce the Raptures to this meager force you are now facing.
We had to deal with the Full Rapture Army during our time in the One Year War.
The Technologies we developed to combat them belongs to us.
But your Central Government thought that it would be a good idea to steal it from me when I first crash landed to this Planet.
