Thank you, and enjoyWithin minutes of again experiencing the fear of waking up in a strange room the underclassmen were prepared to leave and put this crazy night weird barn behind them.
Anshuman was the first to fully wake up. "What happened?" He asked, noticing how easy his movements were. His weight felt light on his aching feet from standing all day.
"Where are we even?" Asked a voice from the ground. It was the other synth player, Oliver.
There was a murmur of everyone asking similar questions. "How did we get here?" "Is this a barn?"
Carly, a vibraphone player, hushed the underclassmen inside the empty paint chipped building. "Hey, we should be quiet, in case someone comes."
"It's okay guys," a female voice reassured as a short-haired brunette emerged from the shadows.
"Sarah, what happened?" Anshuman asked again, all the younger pit members quiet and ready to follow someone.
Sarah looked as if she was going to say something, but another person came from the same section of the room. She had light brown caramel hair and a round, friendly face, Ally. "All of you are now werewolves."
As expected, the group denied it. "This is the worst prank ever." Carly rolled her brown eyes. "I'm so done." Emma exclaimed.
"I know it's tough to grasp, but it's real, and it's true." Sarah used a soft voice, which was very useful at moments like these.
About two or three had the open mind to even think through the possibility. Everyone knew they had little sleep and lots to do in the day and should let them sleep. This was most likely kidnapping and the students could be suspended. Ally knows better than to we herself suspended from school. A prank like this seemed to extreme and out of character.
"Prove it then," Shoe's high tone made a point, she was also the first of the freshmen to speak.
Ally gave a shrug. "Would anyone like to volunteer?" She looked into the dark corners of the room, knowing the rest of the upperclassmen were still there.
A brown furred wolf stepped into the light of the blood moon spilling in from an incomplete ceiling. With the wolf, Jenna, a girl with long wavy brown hair and Marcy, a humble dark brown haired female who hailed from Asia in her looks, approached the light as well.
"Pardon my potty mouth but HOLY FUCK." An out-going freshman blurt said in complete awe.
"Does this mean were actually werewolves?" Anshuman asked, starting to get a little excited.
"Yeah, but there's also certain rules you must follow." Jenna stated, the underclassmen turning to look at her.
"Does this mean we can't go out anymore?" Emma asked, standing up.
"Well you should definitely keep track of where you are during the full moon. We always have practices then anyways." Sarah said, her short brown hair framing her forehead well.
Amherst, a freshmen, was already beginning to imagine her capabilities as a wolf. Breaking this, running really fast, peeing on fire hydrants, and being a special feature at Valley Scare as soon as October rolls around.
By counting up all the marimba players Liz found that the wolf must have been Emily, the older one that actually had dark brown hair. "Isn't that Emily?" She asked to Tova and Amherst, but not exactly loud enough for the whole group to hear.
Amherst did help her with that. "Yeah isn't that Emily?"
Sure enough, the brown wolf shifted into the freckled soccer fan the group had identified as Emily. "You guessed it!" She put on a quirky smile. Oh, Emily.
