Too Young

All Good News

A week had passed since "the incident" and everything seemed back to normal. Jared was still pissed but he was trying to get over it. Addy and Jensen were definitely back to how they used to be when they were around each other, laughing, joking, and just being themselves.
"Addy!" Jared called, "Come here really quick!"
Addy made her way to the living room.
"Yeah?" Addy said.
"The school called, you're going back tomorrow. You're not in any trouble and they're going to erase the suspension from your record." Jared answered.
"Really!?" Addy asked, obviously excited.
"Yeah." Jared replied and chuckled, "Also, and I think you'll be really happy about this, you get to spend the day with Jensen today!"
"Yes!" Addy said, "Wait what about Thomas and Shepherd? Where are they going? Or are you and mom just gonna stay with them? And why am I going with..." Jared cut her off.
"Woah! Slow down with all the questions! Thomas and Shepherd are going with your guy's grandparents and your going with Jensen because me and your mother are having a date night." Jared replied.
"Why aren't I going with grandma and grandpa?" Addy asked.
"I thought you'd rather go with Jensen, and your going to see them tomorrow anyways." Jared said.
"Why what's tomorrow?" Addy asked.
"Nothing, they just wanna visit." Jared replied, and shrugged his shoulders.
"Oh okay." Addy said, "When am I leaving?"
"About an hour and a half, go get ready." Jared said.
"Okay." Addy replied, and went to get ready.
She put on a black tee-shirt and a pair of ripped shorts with a pair of converse.
Jensen arrived right as Addy was finishing getting ready.
"Hey Addy!" Jensen said.
"Hey Jensen!" Addy replied.
"You ready to go?" Jensen asked.
"Yeah let's go! Bye mom,
Bye dad!" Addy said, she kissed Thomas and Shepherd on the tops of their heads and left with Jensen.
"What do you wanna do?" Jensen asked.
"I don't know, let's just go to your place or something." Addy replied.
"Okay, sounds good to me." Jensen said, and drove off.
They arrived at Jensen's house in about 10 minutes and walked inside.
"Now what?" Jensen asked.
"Let's make cookies!" Addy replied.
"Okay." Jensen said, laughing a little bit.
Addy and Jensen made peanut butter cookies and topped them off with sugar.
"Annnddd done!" Jensen said.
"Yes! Okay, now let's eat em'!" Addy said, excited.
Jensen smiled, he was happy they were close again. When him and Addy weren't talking it felt like he lost a little bit of himself.
They ate basically all the cookies (they made 24 and only 2 were left).
They sat on the couch and started watching 'The Shining'.
Jensen looked at the clock, it was 4:45 pm. They had been hanging out for almost 5 hours.
Jensen looked at Addy and she looked back at him.
Jensen started leaning in to kiss her, Addy did the same.
They kissed... Again. But this time it didn't seem wrong. This time it seemed right.
Once the kiss was over they just smiled at each other and continued watching the movie.  They were happy.
