A/N- Hey guys!! Sorry about the updates not coming like ever!! I Feel really bad😭!!!! Keep in mind that school sucks and since its towards the end of the year there's a lot of stuff going on with schedules and stuff. I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH ALSO THAT PICTURE OF MISHA IS LIFE!! ❤️ BTW I'm changing Addy's age cause why not plus this is kinda weird. She's gonna be 16. Love you guys!

"Dad I'm home!" Addy yelled as she walked through the door.
"I'm in the kitchen. Come here. We need to talk." Jared replied.
'Great' Addy thought to herself.
Addy walked into the kitchen and sat down across from Jared.
"I think I may have come to some sort of terms with this whole situation..." Jared said.
"What situation?" Addy asked in reply.
"Uh... You and, ahm, Jensen. I think I'm starting to, uh, be at least kind of okay with it."
"Oh, um, well, okay."
"That's it? That's all you have to say?" Jared said, surprised.
"Well I don't really know what to say I mean this is a lot." Addy replied.
"I know, I know. Take your time and get comfortable with this before you talk to me about it. Okay?"
"Okay."
Addy walked up to her room, confused and kind of afraid. Her dad was okay with whatever was going on?
Jared just sat in the kitchen. He contemplated everything going on in his daughter's life that he knows about. Jared thought about the fact that his best friend could be dating his daughter. It just didn't seem right to him.
*Time Skip to Dinner*
"Addy! Come down for dinner!" Genevieve yelled.
Addy came downstairs.
"Where's dad?" She asked.
"He had to go to work. There was a problem in the episode that's supposed to air tomorrow." Gen replied.
"Aw that sucks."
"Yeah, but let's eat dinner. I'm starving. He can eat later." Gen said, causing Addy to laugh.
Addy and Genevieve ate dinner and talked. They talked about school, they talked about work, they talked about almost everything. They never really got just mother daughter time. Jared was out, Thomas and Shepherd were at their grandparents, there were no previous obligations, just Addy and Gen.
They hadn't talked about one thing though...
"What's going on with Jensen?" Gen finally asked.
Addy nearly choked on her water,
"What? What do you mean?"
"I know something has to be happening, right?" Genevieve said.
"No, not really. Why?" Addy replied.
"Oh come on, just tell me. I'm not your father. It's just us girls! Come on talk." Gen said in a very gossip-y way.
"Really there's nothing. We kissed like twice, but that's it. Nothing else." Addy said.
"Okayy," Gen said, "If you say so."
"I do say so. Really. Nothing is going on between us. Nothing." Addy said.
She wasn't lying, I mean, they only kissed, never anything more. Sure, they've both thought of doing something more, but never have, and probably never will. That's just the facts. No matter how much Addy wished more would happen, it most likely wouldn't. And she was okay with that... Or was she?
