The Normal Girl to Lost Girl

Apologies

I ran and ran, Peter was no where to be seen. I started getting nervous, "Peter!! Peter come out Please!!" Tears started to blur my vision again as I leaned against a tree. I heard footsteps approach me. I wiped the tears from my eyes so I could see who it was. I gasped as relief came over me. It was Peter. Something was wrong though, he had an angry expression on his face. "P-Peter.." I began, "im sorry." He kept staring at me, with that angry expression of his. "Whatever." He growled walking back to camp.

I sighed in frustration as he walked off. I followed behind him back to camp. "Peter Please listen to me!" I grabbed his shoulder. He stopped and spun around to face me. I Showed him the rose. His expression lightened and he blushed. "Thank you Peter. For the rose. I shouldn't have yelled at you that badly." He shook his head, "don't apologize, it's my fault. I should have listened to you. I promised too." I smiled and stepped forward and hugged him tightly.

Peter pulled away and smiled, "I didn't know how to give you the rose.. I was nervous you wouldn't want it.." My eyes widened and I laughed, "think I wouldn't want it? Peter I love it!" He chuckled, "that's good." I nodded and smiled. "I should get back to the lost boys. We have training to do." He turned around and started walking forward. "Peter wait!" I spoke, he turned around to face me again. "Yes?" I ran up and gave him a hug, I could feel him hug me back. He let go and smiled, continuing to walk back to his lost boys. I sighed with relief that all this conflict was over finally. I walked back to my tent for a nap. I set the beautiful rose down and got into bed. I had a hard time falling asleep, so I decided to read. Reading always helped me fall asleep. As I read, my eyes started getting heavier. I put the book down and fell asleep.
