I dreamt of a horrible nightmare. One I didn't want to talk about. I only remember bits and peices of it. I was being chased, I had no where to hide. It was just me and my nightmare monster. That was when I woke up with a loud scream, I sat up in my bed crying. I heard footsteps run to my tent. Pan appeared in the doorway quickly. "Amber! Amber what's wrong?" He asked, looking concerned. He sat beside me and took me into a long hug. "I had a nightmare." I spoke to him. My voice was  alittle shakey.

Peter looked at me curiously, "what was it about?" I shook my head, too terrified to think of it again. "I-I don't remember what all of it was a-about." I spoke, looking up at Peter's face.  Peter frowned and nodded. "Alright." I was still a bit shaken up from my nightmare, Peter smiled and pulled me closer to the hug. It felt good to feel his strong, protective grip around me. "Would you feel safer if I stay In here with you?" He asked looking down at me. I hesitated for a second then nodded at him. "Yes I would." I watched as he layed down beside me. It already started to calm me down alittle.

Peter spoke from behind me, "ill keep you safe Amber. If you need me, Im here." I smiled and nodded, "thank you Peter." I said through a long yawn. "Im g-gonnna s-sh-sleep now.." I spoke a bit gibberishly, the tiredness  starting to affect my speaking. Peter chuckled, "alright Amber. Goodnight." I closed my eyes and as I was falling asleep I listened to mine and Peter's heartbeats. His presense calmed me through the night. I didnt have another nightmare that night. Peter kept me safe the whole night.
