Pan looked at me with a hint of worry in his eyes. "Yeah.. I guess you're right." I smiled and nodded at him without saying a word. I stared Into his gentle and calm forest green eyes. I knew he would never purposely hurt me. Pan took my hand and squeezed it gently, giving me a slight smirk. I rolled my eyes at him and started walking, "come on. Let's walk, we can return before the lost boys wake up." Pan let go of my hand suddenly and looked around. "Peter?" I looked behind me to see him glancing around like a frantic deer. "Hey. What's wrong?" I tilted my head to the side slightly. Pan looked around one last time before shrugging, "I-I don't know." He smiled weakly and walked ahead of me. I opened my mouth to say something but it never came out, so I decided to just follow him.

There was movement all around us as we walked, I prayed to god it was just an animal. I looked around and glanced back at Peter who quickly stopped dead in his tracks, making me ram into him. "Oofh!" I grunted and shook my head and rubbed my head, collecting the dirt and leaves that had happened to have caught in my hair as I fell. "Peter!" I growled while standing up. "What was that for??" He didn't say anything, just stared. I slowly crept up next to him to find blood soaking in the grass and dirt. My eyes widened and I blinked a few times, hoping it wasn't actually there. I glanced up at Peter who was concentrating on the blood. "Peter. Isn't this where you-" He shushed me before I could finish my sentence. "Yes it was." He finally spoke, glancing at me with a frown. "I didn't know you actually made him bleed. This was when you had beaten Felix because he captured me."

He looked at me. His eyes filled with sorrow and guilt. "I was angry.." I nodded, "I know. And that's not your fault, Pan. You were just trying to protect me." His frown turned to a small smile and I hugged him, his eyes widened and he hesitated for a second. Pan didn't get a lot of hugs so of course he didn't know how to react. He chuckled lightly and hugged me back slowly. "Now." I said, pulling away from him and looking him in the eyes. "Let's head back to camp." He nodded and took my hand and walked with me back to camp. We spotted Felix sitting by the fire. He was the only lost boy awake, that's strange. "Felix." I said while letting go of Pans hand and walking over to Felix slowly. He glanced up at me, "yes?" He spoke quietly and looked back down at the ground. "How are you awake already?" Felix shrugged, "I don't know. I'm not tired." I glanced at Pan awkwardly who had a frown on his face. I sighed and walked to Pan. "Well that was not awkward at all." Pan grabbed me by my wrist and dragged me away from Felix. "I want you to stay away from him." I rolled my eyes, "Pan. I told you. He won't hurt me again." He glared at me and looked over at Felix and back at me, "Amber Rose. I still don't trust him around you." I shook my head and looked down, "fine. I'm just gonna go sleep.. I'm tired." I walked away from him, not letting him say anything else. There was one question I wanted to ask him tommorow. And I'm gonna make him promise to answer truthfully.
