Football Career Ruined

I look up to pony. "Dinner ready guys" Darry says and everybody go into the kitchen and dinner is a awkward quiet. After dinner pony and I go up stairs to his room. I flop onto the bed. "Pony I'm sorry for the way I acted to today" I say and pony flops next to me "look I know you were upset and I understand but please don't do it again" "I won't I promise" I say and put my head on his chest. He strokes my hair. "I love you" I say and yawn "I love you too. Good night sweet dreams".

I wake up second. "Morning beauty" pony says "morning beast" I say and roll over by mistake and falls off the bed
Pony immediately starts to laugh, in fact he was laughing so hard he also fell off the bed and I start to laugh to. "C'mon let's go eat breakfast" I say and help pony off the ground. We go down stairs and everyone is here so that means Ruby and Steve. I keep my head down as I walk past. "We gotta go we're see you guys later" Dallas says and him and Lisa leaves and I wonder what there doing. After breakfast pony and I sit on the couch watching Mickey mouse. "This is really boring" I say to pony.
"I agree"
"We should have a football game at the park!" Two said as he walks in from the kitchen. "Alright" Darry says.
We all go to the park. And the teams are me,pony,Darry,soda. And the other team is Ruby,Steve,Two-bit, johhny (Maddie didn't want to play so she stood to the side lines). Darry throws the ball to pony and he catches it and you know how fast he is so you can guess he scored. The other team ran the ball but soda tackled Steve before he could scored. "Okay we should do a fake pass" Darry whisper to us. "Okay so should I pass it to pony or soda?" I ask "nope. Pony is going to pass it to you" "why?" I ask "because they won't expect it" Darry says. And get in place for the play. I take a deep breath and also get in place for the play.
I was actually doing it, I was also to the line to score but a couple steps before I made it Ruby caught me in a flying tackle. She gets off of me and I try to get up but yelp in pain and fall back down.
"What happened?" Darry asks walking up to me "nothing I'm good" I say and get to my feet but it hurts like hell to even stand. Darry gives me a look that meant 'I don't believe you' and he says "okay then walk" I nod and I try to walk and I do but I can't put pressure on my right foot. Pony comes up and looks at my feet. "She twist her right ankle" I glare at him and he says "just saying. Because its true" I keep trying to walk but eventually I have to sit down. When I sit down pony picks me up bridal style and I don't protest I just wrap my arms around his neck. We then all walk home the gang talk.
We get home and Dallas and Lisa is there. "Hey" I say as we walk in. "What happened to you?" Dal asks "I had a football accident. And now my career is over!" I say over dramatic. Pony laughs "so I guess I'm going have to settle for boxing" I say everybody looks at me and after a minute I burst out laughing. "She just twist her ankle" pony says as we sit on the couch. "Yup but I'll be alright" I say. And put my head in pony lap and my feet on soda lap. Darry hands soda a bag of ice, soda holds it to my right ankle. "So what were you guys doing?" I ask and yawn. "Nothing really" Lisa says and looks at Dallas lovingly he look back at her with the same look. I look up at pony with a smile he leans down and kiss me on my nose I laugh "pony your such a nerd" "I know but I'm your nerd" he says and we both laugh. "We're leaving. We're going on a date see you guys later" Steve says and he has his arm around ruby waist. I look over to Johnny and Maddie and there talking and laughing. I look back to my ponyboy "this moment is perfect" I say
