Dallas kid sister sequel (outsider fan fiction)

. "Miss Winston Your very lucky, you lost a lot of blood that day. We also thought you would loose a couple fingers but we were able to save them." He says "I'm afraid your leg was cut very severely lost a lot of blood. I recommend you put your leg up and try and not walk on it your going to use crutches for quite a while. And that scar I'm afraid isn't going away" I don't remember my leg being cut. I want to look but I just feel so dizzy. "I" I mange to say but my throats starts hurting the doctor shakes his head "Winston your throat was severely damaged and you must not talk. But if you do you might permanently damage your vocal cords. You must give your throat time to heal" he says and flips though the papers on his clipboard I try to sit up but just flop back down dizzy and exhausted. "I told you, you lost a lot of blood that day and we had to give you plasma but your going have to take it easy. Your gonna feel very weak for a couple of days but your fine" he says and leaves.
I feel the bandage on my throat and it just makes me feel miserable then I look at my bandage shoulder and it makes me feel worst. Depressed even. I turn on my left side and try to sleep because hey I was up all night.

I wake up around evening and the room looks even more empty and lonely. I sigh and just rest my head back and just think it sucks not being able to do anything. The nurse from earlier comes in with another tray of food she smiles "I brought you something to eat. By the way I'm Joy" she says and sets my tray down I wave but can't talk back. "I know your Mariah and I know about your throat so don't worry about it." She says and looks around "Kinda lonely in here huh" I nod my head in agreement. "You know what I think tomorrow I'll bring some flowers or something to lighten up the room since you can't have any visitors for now" Joy says and I give her a confused look as to why I can't have any visitors. "Do you like Sunflowers?" I nod and she smiles "Great! My next door neighbor has a lot." She says and opens my window to let in the evening breeze and man did it feel good. "So how do you feel? Thumbs up or down?" I give her a sideway thumb. "Are you cold?" She asks I shake my head no "Are you in pain?" I nod my head yes but it started hurting again. She turns on a machine and white liquid comes into me from the wires and it makes me tried "It painkillers" she says and pulls my blanket up to cover me up. I soon fall asleep.

Joy did bring flowers and kinda a lot. But it made me feel better and she comes every day to talk to me and to make me eat. I just haven't been hungry. I've been here for like three days and even with joy coming its lonely. Right now I'm just laying here bored when joy comes in excited "Honey guess what!" She says and I just look at her exhausted. "Oh sorry I forgot but the doctor is thinking about moving you out of ICU and if he does your be able to have visitors!" She says happily and it makes me happy to maybe ponyboy will come. Joy leaves and I mange to sit up without feeling to dizzy and breath in the morning air excited for tomorrow.

They move me out of ICU in the morning but I don't get visitors. Or the next day or the one after that but I finally do on Friday. They only allow two people at a time so first up is Dallas and Lisa he comes in and hugs me and I hear him whisper "Thank goodness" Lisa hugs me too. "We thought we lost you" Lisa crys "You had me scared to death" Dallas says and messes my already messed hair up. "Dallas nearly killed the doctor when we brought you in emergency. He was swearing his head off threatening everyone because they weren't helping you fast enough." Lisa says and sits on the edge of the bed. She put her hand on my leg and I instantly cry out in pain man I haven't really felt it until now. Lisa jumps up "my god I'm sorry did I hurt you?" She asks and I just bite my lip and shake my head no. Dallas begins swearing under his breath "We'll gonna get those dam socs!" Lisa puts a comforting hand on his shoulder. "You um alright?" He asks I nod. But I still feel exhausted the doctor says that normal but I don't think so. "You look tried" I shrug my shoulder and I don't mean both I can only mange my left because my right is where I found out they  struck the knife in. "So ponyboy tells me mom left you a letter" Dallas says and looks to Lisa "I'll give you two some time" she says and hugs me and leaves. I nod "Did she um leave me one?" He asks and I shrug and I want to say "She might of I'll call her lawyer and ask" but I can't say that. Because I can't talk. "I'll be back later to check on you. You want me to send in pony?" I don't know what to do "I'm taking that as yes" Dallas says and leaves. I close my eyes for a minute and a couple minutes later someone comes in and sits on the edge of the bed and takes my hand. My eyes flutter open to see a tried looking ponyboy he smiles sweetly at me and I mange a lopsided grin. "I was scared to death when we found you like that" He says "I never saw a more horrific sight. And to make it worst it was you" I want to say something but know I can't. "I'm sorry" he says and I'm confused "I shouldn't of kissed you that night" he says and looks at me with sad eyes "I understand why you don't want to talk to me. But I just want you to know I'm sorry" he says and waits to see if I'm gonna say something but of course I can't. He starts to get up but I pull him back but I feel like I've lost my previous strength. I can't say what I want to say so I mange to sit up and smash my lips on to his and he's surprised but soon we are basically making out. It feels so good to have my ponyboy back. We pull back "I love you" he says and I want to say it back. I point to my throat "What? You want water?" He asks getting my cup of water from my tray I shake my head "You want two cups of water?" He asks and I shake my head "You can't talk?" He asks and I nod. He opens his arms and I go into them. I rest my head on his shoulder and he rest his chin on my head ponyboy softly kisses my lips"I love you beauty"

And I love you beast.
