A/N: Not edited and so sorry for the long wait! It's 2:49 am here and I wanted to update because I'm a bad person and I apologize for not updating for so long. Don't worry though, the story it's almost ending just a few chapters, like two or three. Yeah, I'm sad.
"Mo, where are we doing here?" I asked as she dragged me to the park. I did not mind at all, but it was seven o'clock in the morning. I wondered why so early.
She raised her eyebrows. "Did you forget or something?" I gave her a confused expression. Did I promise her something? Other than our old promise?
"Harry!" She yelled for attention, I grinned.
"What? Sorry, I don't remember!" She chuckled.
"Running, Harry. We said that we will run that early, every Saturday."
"Oh, right. Sorry!" I remembered and we started stretching, just getting ready. I smiled at her and she smiled back. "Ready, Mo?"
"Ready, curly!" We started running and I didn't really know where we were heading or for how long we ran, but we found ourselves in the woods. Close to our tree house, I missed it so much.
I panted as we stopped running in front of it, we tried taking our breath and she nodded towards the tree house. I smiled as I let her go up first and I followed.
I missed the smell so much, it was the fresh air. Mint scent and it felt like home, with the trees and everything.
"God," I mumbled to myself, and I didn't think that Mandy heard me until she turned around and faced me.
"What?"
"Oh, um, nothing. I just miss... uh, the place."
"Yeah, me too. It's been a while, right?" I nodded. "So, what do you want to do?" I smiled.
"I don't know. What do you want to do?" She thought as she sat on the wooden floor. I looked down at her and watched her. She looked so beautiful, with the sun rising outside and lighting up her hair and her beautiful brown eyes became lighter than before.
"How about drawing?" I chuckled.
"You know I'm bad at that."
"I am too, but so what? I mean let's do something we both suck at."
"Why?"
"Because... We can make a memory out of it. Like if you draw something funny and we laugh about it, we will make a new memory we will never forget and it will be our own joke." I sat down as I listened to her. "But if we did something we already can do, it will not be as fun as doing what we can't."
"But if we also did something we can do like singing, we both will make a happy memory out of it too." She nodded.
"Yeah, that's also true. But I suck at singing."
"But you suck at lying." She laughed.
"I don't lie, mister. It's you who can sing. Aren't you in a band?"
"Yes, but that doesn't mean..." I trailed off not knowing what to say. She raised her eyebrows.
"That reminds me, what am I in the future? Like do I have a boyfriend or did I get tattoos or something exciting." I sighed, I hated lying to her and I wished I knew. I broke my promise, but how could I tell her? What should I do now?
"I have a lot of tattoos in the future?" I changed the subject and I guess it worked because she was taken back. "Yup."
"But- But you hate tattoos," She stuttered. "I mean now- I mean then. Ugh! This is so confusing, I already suck at grammar and now you made it worse." I laughed.
"I know, I am more confused." She sighed.
"Tell me."
"Tell you what?"
"How you look in the future." I chuckled.
"Not much to say," I said smiling at her. She rested her head on her hands and gave me all her attention, I chuckled once again and laid down on the floor while looking at the ceiling. "My hair is longer, I have a lot of tattoos. A lot."
She laid down beside me and I turned my head to look at her. "Wow, never imagined you with them."
"Yeah, who knew I would be like that. Or even become successful."
"I always knew that." She turned head, looking at the ceiling. "Actually, I lied." She sighed. I frowned, she never lied to me. What did she even lie about?
"About?"
"I did imagine you with tattoos," She said as I let out a breath I was holding, "Like sometimes, I imagined you famous with tattoos. Weird, huh?"
"So... You imagine things about me?" I smirked. She turned her head to face me and when her eyes met mine, I winked making her burst out laughing.
"Not like that, you perv." I laughed.
"Then like what?" She smiled and I noticed that her cheeks turned to pink.
"Like nothing," She said trying to fight a smile. I sat up and looked at up with a surprised expression.
"No, tell me! I'm your best friend." She sighed.
"That's the problem." I was confused, she was the one who loved being my friend and I did too. She said she always wanted to be my friend.
"What problem?"
"Harry... I-I think I have a crush on you." I was taken back. "No, I think I like you. Like really, really like you." I was speechless, I didn't know what to reply. She sat up facing me and her face was close, but not too close.
"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean-"
That's when I cut her off by my lips.
