No one else can see it. But you can feel it just fine. The physical and emotional pain that's throbbing throughout your body. The memories come and go in little flashes and glimpses. It's just enough to make you want to cry but not enough to actually make you cry. It's fleeting but repeating, day in and day out. Slowly though the memories don't cause as much pain than they did in the beginning. Slowly the hurting becomes a reflection. Slowly the reflection becomes a happy memory. The hurting becomes just a memory.
