School has gotten out that day, and I was still a little mad at Luke for avoiding me. I had gotten a message from him saying that he would stop by my house, so I was currently waiting for him.

I heard a knock at the door, and there he was.

He almost looked liked he was about to cry.

"Hey Victoria. I really wanted to explain why I was avoiding you.. I am really sorry about it anyways. " he explained.

"Alright... just come over here and sit down.." I said.

"I have been really been thinking that I don't deserve the happiness that you have given me.. " he said. "My last girlfriend.. well, we had a fight. "

"Oh.. okay?"

"She was very unstable, and tried to commit suicide multiple times.. I didn't even care at that time. We were at a rocky point in our relationship.. " he said. He really looked sad, and I really felt bad.

"After the fight, she left and I came by her house so we could share pizza. I thought that was a good way to make up, but it wasn't.. I mean really, pizza makes everything better, right?" He said, chuckling a bit.

"But I walked in, and she had committed suicide.. I was devastated, and it was all my fault. I just don't want to make you feel that bad, you know? So I thought a break would be good for me.."

"Luke, I hate to ever fight with you." I said. "I am so sorry, really."

"Yeah, it is really my fault. Are we good again?" He asked.

"Definitely."
