Jake:Dark Blood

" I save you from a literal witch and this is how you repay me?" the white\silver haired guy, I mean, Ace said. Sweat was all over his face." By tying me to a boulder?"

I looked at him with zero expressions on my face. "Yes"

We were back in the cave at that moment. After the encounter Isaac and I had with the Demon folk, after Ace sort of saved us for a reason we didn't know of, Isaac sniffed our way back to the cave where we tied the stranger to a medium sized boulder.

Our friends were a little hesistant to trust him at first but then Twilight, who had arrived a few minutes after us, reminded us of her vision and how it told us to find the one with silver hair and blood as black as oil. But they still didn't release him.

" So tell us... Ace." said Rachel. " Why did you suddenly decide to help Jake and Isaac back in the forest."

" Yeah. Why did you?" Michael backed Rachel up.

" Isn't it obvious. The King is after Jake and Twilight. I couldn't let him have you otherwise it would be disastrous. I've seen what the king does with those under his control. Or rather those under the control of his... wife." he stated. " Horrible things I say. All just for power."

" We already know what the King is up to. That is why we're here trying to stop him." I said. " We got misled once, not going to again. We know the truth."

" What exactly do you know about what he is planning?" Ace questioned.

" We know that since the dragon rejected him at birth, he wanted to use its original master to gain control of it." said Isaac. " But couldn't. And so he murdered his family in cold blood and turned to dark magic since he had no powers whatsoever."

" Thus gaining the ability to hypnotize people and make them serve him. So he could find the last surviving Empyrean Bloods among the Supernaturals of Encers." said Twilight. " But unfortunately for him, after he chased the Empyrean Bloods out of Encers, the race eventually went extinct, leaving only three survivors. Two kids and their father."

" And now he's chasing after us. But this time, it's going to be him whose going to dissappear. Not the other way around." I chipped in.

" That's not completely true." Ace said. We gave him a confused look. " The royal family had no magical energy at all in their blood so they could perform no magic and were uncapable of possessing powers. That's why the dragon was important to them. They simply just the same as humans, just with pointy ears."

" So, what? Still doesn't change the way we see it. It still the same." I argued.

" You don't get it, do you?" asked Ace. " The only way the King could have learnt Dark magic is through  a Witch. The thing is... the King's wife isn't who she says she is. She is a witch."

" What?!" we all but Ace exclaimed in unison.

" Th-That can't be right. I mean the Queen?" said Denzel, looking baffled.

" I know, right? She was, no, she is loved and adored by all the Netherbeasts of Encers. It can't be." Rachel protested. " The Moon goddess manifests her powers and will through the Queen. She is not a witch."

" I'm telling you, she is." said Ace. "I saw it with my own two eyes. I saw her true form. And she isn't just any witch, she is the Queen of the Demon folk. From what I've seen, she is ten times stronger than the normal witch."

" Like the witch from the forest?" asked Isaac.

" Yes, but like I said. She is ten times stronger. And so, out of love for the King, she is helping him achieve his goal. That is being the Empyrean Alpha, He Who Commands The Dragon."
