Kushal slowly descend the staircase holding Swara's hand, with a smile.

Salma sitaaron wali
Shagna di shab aayi re
Banno se baane ke
Milne ki jo rut laayi re
Shehnaayi yun goonji
Sabki aankhein bhar aayi re (X2)

Everyone's eyes turn teary as the ritual progress.

Solah baras ke do qadam
Chaukhat ke baahar kya gaye
Teri Kudmayi ke din aa gaye

Seeing them, Jeevika was having a flashback of Swara's childhood, where Swara was gigling in Kushal's arm while they were descending the stairs.
Hers eyes again fills up.

Haaye Banno Pardeshiya Ke Desh Ke
Chaubare Tujhko Bha Gaye
Teri Kudmayi Ke Din Aa Gaye

A smile automatically found its way to Ansh's lips seeing both of them smile. And Kushal's smile widen seeing this.

Jeevika stands besides another side of Swara.

Le Raha Sau Balayein Teri
Maai Baabul Ka Ghar Baar Hai
Ho Genda Gulabon Se Saji
Doli Teri Taiyar Hai

Jhoolon Ke Mausam Woh Tere
Humse Roke Bhi Roke Na Gaye
Teri Kudmayi Ke Din Aa Gaye
Ni Teri Kudmayi Ke Din Aa Gaye

All of them moves towards Ansh.

Kushal stops in front of Ansh and places Swara's hand in his.

Kushal - Ansh, beta, I am handing over my life to you today.

He says with his teary eyes on Swara's face.

Ansh - And I will  make her my life from today!

Kushal eyes glows in proud hearing it.

Swara hugs him for the last time and orders - Aapne dhayan rakhna. Don't overwork yourself. And don't take much stress. And you will call me whenever you will be ill or fell that you need me.  I might be away, but mai humesha aapke paas hi u.

He nods his head with a chuckle. Today, Swara was being the parent, making Dos and Don'ts for him, while he was a child agreeing to her every word of care.

Ansh was just adoring a child's bond with her father. It must feel too good to have a father who is always there for you even when no one is! It is not like Rajendra was never there for him. He always found him at his back whenever he was in need, but he never said anything just not to give him stress. He have already fulfilled all his duties for his sons and when it was his time to retire, he had to do it all again for his grandsons. And Ansh never wanted that. Afterall, his Grandfather also needed rest!

His trance broke when,

Kushal - Won't you bid farewell to your father?

He asks opening his arms.

And that was enough for Ansh to embrace Kushal tightly.

Actually that was all he needed at that moment, and Kushal being a perfect father, understood his unsaid words.

Kushal - Don't forget that you also have a father now!

He says after breaking the hug and patting his shoulders lightly.

And that was not just a line for them. It was a silent promise from Kushal that now on, Ansh also have someone to rely on when he need help. It was an assurance that every time he will need support, he will always be there standing strong, right behind him. It was a reminder that he has someone to share everything going on in his life and mind and genuine advice will be waiting for him.
They were not just words, it was a warmth that only a father can provide. It was the unexpressed love of the father that can only be felt!
