The cold alpine breeze brushed against Jungkook's cheek as the private plane descended into Switzerland, a country of ethereal beauty wrapped in mountains and shimmering lakes.

From beside him, Taehyung leaned closer to the window, wide-eyed like a child, marveling at the view below-the velvet green pastures, the glistening snow-capped Alps, the fairy-tale towns tucked into valleys like secret gems.

Jungkook watched him with a soft smile. Even after all these years, Taehyung's wonder at the world never faded. And somehow, it made everything around them seem even more vivid.

Their arrival was discreet, the way it always had to be. Jungkook was no longer just a public figure; he was the quiet ruler of the unseen empire that stretched its tendrils across continents.

But to the public eye, they were just two successful young men here for a business trip-and maybe a bit of sightseeing.

The deal they came for was important. At a towering glass building in the heart of Zurich, they met with one of the most influential tech conglomerates, finalizing an international merger that would solidify Jeon Clan's dominance in Europe.

Taehyung, with his sharp eye for people and his soft charisma, played his role seamlessly, charming the hard-nosed executives while Jungkook sealed the contract with icy precision.

When the deal was finally signed after hours of tense negotiations, Jungkook leaned back in his chair and caught Taehyung's eye across the table, a glimmer of something mischievous flickering there.

"We still have few days left," Jungkook said as they exited the building into the crisp afternoon sun. "Let's do something we never get to."

Taehyung raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Such as?"

"Be normal."

It was said half-jokingly, but Taehyung's smile in response was genuine.

The next two days unfolded like a dream.

They visited the old streets of Lucerne, wandering hand in hand among colorful medieval houses, pretending for a while that they were just another pair of lovers lost in the beauty of the world.

They ate Swiss chocolates fresh from the shops, bought useless souvenirs, and stood together at the Chapel Bridge, watching the swans glide over the water.

Jungkook even dragged Taehyung onto a boat to cruise Lake Geneva. The breeze toyed with Taehyung's hair, and he closed his eyes, arms spread, while Jungkook leaned against the railing, content just to look at him.

That evening, they walked into small shops tucked into cobbled streets. Taehyung disappeared into a boutique, lured by the intricate display of hand-crafted jewelry and soft designer clothes.

When he looked up, Jungkook was gone.

Taehyung's heart clenched immediately. He searched the street, scanning faces in the growing dusk. "Jungkook?" he called softly.

Panic threatened to rise, but he forced himself to stay calm. Jungkook was more capable than anyone he knew.

Still, something felt... off.

After what felt like forever-but was probably only a few minutes-he spotted him again, emerging from around the corner, hands shoved casually into his coat pockets.

"Where were you?" Taehyung asked, trying to keep his voice light, but Jungkook caught the worry in his eyes.

"Just had to take care of something," Jungkook said with a small smile.
