Dylan
5:24 pmI strolled out of the audition room, I felt slightly proud of myself then realizing that I think I did pretty well but it was up to the producers and director and casting crew to decide. If I didn't get it then I didn't get it.
I walked over to Audris, the girl with long dark hair, sparkling green eyes and everything that I could imagine of a dream girl with a different colour of hair besides blonde.
She was just my type, long brown hair, green eyes.
The lyrics of an old song ran through my head as I approached her. A smile was turned on her face. She looked quite proud and happy which made me blush a little.
She giggled which made her even cuter, I smiled softly looking down out of embarrassment. I then looked back up glancing at her.
"What?" I asked, a dorky smile on my lips.
"You were blushing, it was cute." She looked at me like I was the only one left on earth, her green eyes sparkling though the gigantic room we were in wasn't that bright. It felt like her smile was the only thing that brightened up the room. A chuckle escaped my lips. Before the audition
"Yes, please." I cleared my throat as she took the cup and handed it to me.
She smiled gently when she handed it to me, our fingers touching slightly made a small blush appear on her cheeks. I bit my lip, holding onto her hand and the cup. I kind of got lost in her eyes though I couldn't see them that great.
I felt a slight tug as if someone was pulling away, she was pulling her hand away from me.
There was a quiet silence between the two of us but it felt like the whole room had gone quiet.
"Uh, you found my wallet. I...I never thought I'd see it again and I never got the chance to really say thank you, Dylan." She interrupted the silence suddenly the room filled with voices again.
I nodded with a smile on my lips. "Yea..uh you know my name?" I asked, kind of weirded out.
She nodded. "Yea, I've seen you on Once Upon a Time and on Horns. You're quite famous, you seem a bit surprised."
I mentally slapped myself multiple times feeling idiotic, of course I was an actor. Not all actors were famous but I guess I was semi-famous since I was on a popular TV series and a couple of other things that I didn't brag about.
Feeling the feeling of stupidity I blushed looking the other way.
"And you uh...ending up calling me." She said in a soft tone.
Now I felt the rush of embarrassment, stupidity and the guiltiness coming down like a waterfall. Fast and running down at me in an instant. I mentally banged my head against a wall multiple times and actually feeling like turning around and doing that.
"I...I just wanted to know if you were okay, Audris." Yea I did know her name, one more step to becoming a professional stalker.
Audris just stood there and smiled, her smile was relaxing and gentle. It wasn't the least bit awkward or weirded out.
"I'm doing fine but I think I should get going so you can remember those lines. Hope you do well!" She said in a bright and cheerful voice.
Everything that I felt before washed over into a puddle of happiness and nervousness at the mention of the audition. I nodded with a grin.
"Yea! Thanks." My grin turned into a soft smile, a hand running into my hair.
"I'll talk to you after the audition." She winked at me before walking off.
A dorky smile was left on my lips as I watched her walk away.
"Definitely."
