Audris.                                                                                                                                                                           1:30 pm

I held a cup of Tim's hot chocolate with a lid on it. In another hand I held four bagels. Going around doing errands was a lot of work. My mum gave me a big list of things to do while she was at work.

I can do this. I thought to myself as I picked up the list, scanning through everything. It was a long list. At the bottom it said, if you can't do all of it, it's fine. I'll do the rest tomorrow, on my day off. I read the note at the bottom of the list.

I thought about what just recently happened in Tims. A familiar looking boy was talking to me, his hair was long but it looked like it just had been cut, and it was curly. He had brown or hazel eyes that had a small amount of green in them in the light of Tims. He was actually really cute, but I knew I had seen him from somewhere, I just couldn't put my finger on it.

It was still raining but lightly which was good. I didn't bother putting my hood back up when I walked out of Tims. Yes, I did remember my mum was a doctor and she'd always complain to me to use an umbrella or put up my jacket's hood.

I didn't care, I let my hair down with my hood off. Letting the light rain fall onto my hair. I kept walking, the bus stop was nearby so I could take the bus back to West Vancouver and then relax at home.

I walked towards the bus stop, nobody was there waiting. Just me. I guess everyone was at work or at home. I looked left to see if my bus was coming, luckily the two five five was coming my way. The bus came to a stop and I got on, showing my transport card.  The bus driver grunted and I walked down the aisle of the bus, going to the back.

I sat down in a two seat, sitting near the window. I put my earphones on, listening to Lonely Hearts Club. After playing it once I put it on repeat since it was so catchy, then I started singing it in my head.

Lonely hearts club, do you want to be with, somebody like me? Oh~

I leaned my head against the window, watching little droplets of rain fall onto the window and run down until they got to the bottom.

Darn, I wanted to ask the girl for her name and maybe her number but after she got her food and drink, she ran out. I noticed something slipped from her back wallet. Hearing that I was next in line, I decided to jump out of line and pick it up. It was her wallet.

Sweet, maybe I can get her name and number out of this. I thought with a smile smile tugging at my lips, and maybe some cash. But I decided to be the good guy and not open her wallet. I put in the pocket of my coat.

I looked back at the people waiting, hardly anyone was waiting to get an order.

"Excuse me, are you wanting to order?" A person's voice asked. I looked at the person standing on the other side, waiting to take a person's order. I nodded.

Walking over, I looked up at the menu.

"Can I get two bagels, toasted with butter please?"
