*Emily's POV*

*Three months later*

It had been three months since that evening in the bar. I was still living with Jack, but Daniel had been at the bar more. There had even been one drunken night that we had a threesome. They had hardly been able to look at each other the next day, but it was totally worth it for me.

I did feel a little guilty for dragging them both along. But I just couldn't choose. And then there was that fateful day...

I woke up and instantly ran to the bathroom, throwing up as soon as I reached the toilet. Jack was instantly there, holding my hair back as I emptied my stomach.

"God, I dont' know what's wrong! I've been feeling like this for a long time!" I said.

"How long?" Jack asked.

"A couple of months," I said.

"When was your last period?" He asked. I looked up at him. His face was pale.

"But I can't have children," I said, when I found my voice.

"Get in the car. I'll grab Carl. We can't get a sitter on short notice," Jack said. I quickly got dressed and Jack was driving me to the drugstore. We walked straight to the pregnancy test aisle, and I picked up three different brands. We paid for them and got back in the car.

Thirty minutes later, I was staring down at 3 positive pregnancy tests. So was Jack. Carl was playing in the bedroom just outside the door. We were both speechless.

"Emily, what if I'm not the father?" Jack asked. My stomach dropped. He was right. Daniel and I had had sex after my last period. Daniel could be the father.

"I should call him," I said. Jack nodded.

"Emily, we're going to need to get a paternity test. Preferably somewhere that people won't gossip," Jack said.

"You're right. Absolutely. But I should probably call Daniel and get him down here," I said.

Daniel was there within 10 minutes.

"What's going on? You sounded funny over the phone," Daniel said, walking over and kissing me, right in front of Jack. Jack's face remained stony, but I could tell it still bothered him a little bit.

"Daniel, I'm pregnant. And I don't know if the father is you or Jack," I said. Daniel stared at me for a second.

"But...not to rub salt in a wound...that's where I shot you...you can't have children," Daniel said.

"I know. But I am," I said, handing him the tests.

"So what do we do?" He asked.

"We fly somewhere remote and get a paternity test. Make them sign a confidentiality and we find out which one of you it is," I said.

"Alright. I'll leave Carl with my mom. Grayson, you're paying," Jack said.

"I can do one better. I'll borrow my mom's private jet," Daniel said.
