Alexander's POV:

while i was in my room, sobbing to myself and feeling hellish, i spotted a small letter on my bed.

I wiped my tears, now curious. So i toddled over to my bed, sat on it and picked up the letter. I spotted the words 'from the higher ups' printed on it,plus my name.

I gingerly opened the letter. My hand was trembling so much, probably going thro the aftermath of my crying.

I opened the letter and read it. And. I. Was. Shocked. Damn. Shocked!!

MERGING MY COMPANY WITH VICTORIA'S?! WHAT THE HELL!!??

i dunno why but the mere thought of our company being merged, and seeing her everyday made my heart skip a bit.

what?! How?! There were millions of questions swirling in my mind. I was really, really overwhelmed.

First the family drama and now this.
I took a deep breath and find out that i can clear all my doubts at the meeting.

I swear I'll kill that old geezer if it will all be for a lows reason. But he seem to be genuinely concerned about the company. I'll hope the best tho.

I wonder what will happen between me and Victoria once our company will merge.

I mean.. Yeaaa.. We'll be rivals and all but.. We'll be.. Business partners too, right??. Maybe. I dunno. And i am too tired right now to think about anything. I feel like my head will explode. I really need to rest right now.

I made the letter into a paper plane. I dunno why but it felt nice. I went to my balcony and DAMN. The moon looked damn pretty. I threw the paper plane and it landed on my mums favourite flowers in the garden.

Ahh. What a coincidence. It got me feeling all sad again. I leaned against the rails of my balcony, gazing up at the moon and the stars.

"Hey mum. U are gazing at ur boy from heaven above, aren't you?"

I whispered. I want nothing more than to lay my head on my mother's lap and cry. But...i know it's not gonna happen..

I stared at the sky for a minute or two and then closed my balcony and went to bed. As soon as my body touched the soft mattress, sleep immediately embraced me and i slept like a baby.
