Chapter 13

*Charlie's POV*

I woke up around 8 AM. Niall was still sleeping, so I quietly wiggled out of his arms and left his room. I tip toed to Louis' room. I opened the door and saw him sitting up in bed on his laptop.

"What's up, love?" he asked. I shrugged and walked over to his bed and sat next to him.

"Why was Harry so mad last night?" I asked.

"What do you mean?" Louis asked.

"Well last night Niall and I went for a late night walk to the park. I pretended to fall asleep so that he would carry me home because I was too tired to walk. When we got inside we heard Harry and Liam talking. When Harry he saw me he told Niall to put me down. Then he got all mad and started yelling. I got scared and I hid behind Niall. Harry got mad when I wouldn't go with him because he scared me. I could tell he was drunk, but I don't understand why," I said looking at Louis.

"I'm not sure," Louis said looking at his computer and avoiding eye contact.

"When do you guys leave for the tour again?" I asked.

"In like 5 days I think. Why?"

"Well, Sadie and Kitty just moved into an apartment like 10 minutes away... I was just thinking that maybe it's best if I went and stayed with them for a couple of days. If things become easier I'll just move in there permanently."

"Charlie..." Louis said.

"I'm gonna call Sadie and just grab an over night bag. If things simmer down I'll come back and go on the tour with you guys, but..."

"If that's what you think you need to do, I respect that. I'll come see you tonight after my date with Eleanor," he said. I gave him a hug and walked into my room.

I grabbed a big bag and threw some clothes, my phone, the charger, and my laptop and it's charger in the bag. I walked back up to Louis' room and asked if I could take his car. He told me I could and I should text him Sadie's address. I said I would and walked out of his room, only to bump into Liam. 

"What's with the bag, Charlie?" he asked.

"Oh, I'm just going to Sadie's for a girls night."

"I could've just invited Danielle over," he said.

"No, it's fine," I said. He raised his eyebrows in a questioning way. I knew he saw right through my lie.

"Charlie, if you need to talk, just call me, ok?" I nodded and gave him a hug before leaving.

*Next night*

I was sitting on the couch watching Mean Girls with Sadie and Kitty when my phone started ringing. It had been going off from texts all day, but I ignored it. I put my spoon back in the ice cream bucket and ran over to my phone. I looked at the screen and saw Niall's name. I smiled and looked at the text.

From Niall: Where are you?

To Niall: I'm at Sadie's. Didn't Louis tell you?

From Niall: Yeah, but he said you were only spending the night and you spent last night and the night after that and the night after that. It's been 3 days, I thought you'd be home by now...

To Niall: I think I might spend a couple more nights here

From Niall: Can I come visit you then?

To Niall: Does an hour sound good? Sadie is going out with her boyfriend Mikey, and set up a blind date for Kitty to join.

From Niall: Sounds good. I'll see you soon.
