Hiccup's POV
As we brought Hazel to Berk and up to Gothi. She told us to take her and Hazel to Gobber's work place, because she left her bandages down there, plus the wound will get worse with the cold air.
Once we got to Gobber's hut I placed Hazel on a table. Gothi told us to wait outside while she heals the wound. As we wait for Gothi and Gobber to finish we hear a scream of pain.

"Hazel!!!" I yell while trying to get to the door but mom held me back.

"Don't you worry chief, everything is ok... I think."
Gobber says on the other side of the door.

I look back at mom as she spoke,

"She'll be ok, son."

All of a sudden the door opens with Gothi and Gobber following Behind her. Then Gothi writes in the dirt with Gobber translating.

"She will be a snake in an hour or less." Then Gothi hits him on the head...hard." Awake! Hehe sorry."

"You can take her home now." Gobber says

"Ok." I say then go inside the hut and pick up Hazel while being careful with her wound.

Everyone starts saying goodbyes and go home. While mom and I start to go home.

Once we get home we put Hazel in my bed, and close the door.
**********55 minutes later, at night*************
Hazel's POV
As I wake up I notice I'm in a room on a wooden bed, there's a wall and table full of information and inventions, and the room is lit by a single candle.

All of a sudden the door opens to reveal Hiccup, without his flight suit on, just a green shirt and pants and smiling a little but I still give him a full smile.

"How can you smile if your hurt?" He asked

"I have a physical wound not an emotional one ." I say with my smile relaxing a bit.

"I want to ask you something that might sound weird." He says rubbing the back of his neck.

"What is it?" I ask with my smile fading

"Can I sleep with you tonight?" He asked close his eyes and bracing himself.

"Of course." I say without hesitation, and gaining a smile a again

He looks at me and his face lights up, and walks towards me and gets in bed and curls up in front of me and I curl around him and put my left wing around us (picture).

"I'm sorry this happened to you." He said suddenly

"Don't worry about it I've been in worse shape." I say

"But it's my fault an- "

"Hey." say calmly "It's no ones fault."

"But-"

"How about I sing you a lullaby?" I ask "To help you relax and go to sleep."

"Sure." He says calmly

"Ok."

I started:

Smile, the worst is yet to come
We'll be lucky if we ever see the sun
Got nowhere to go, we could be here for a while
But the future is forgiven, so smile
We're trying so hard to get it all right
But only feel lonely at the end of the night
And I wanna be somewhere away from this place
Yeah, somewhere just a little closer to grace

I'll smile, the worst is yet to come
We'll be lucky if we ever see the sun
Got nowhere to go, we could be here for a while
But the future is forgiven, so smile
Smile

Hiccup was still listening and slowly falling to sleep and smiling while listening.

Well, call me loser, call me thief
Tell me I'm special when you spit at me
'Cause I don't wanna be lonely, I wanna be loved
And I want you to hold me like I'm the only one

I'll smile, the worst is yet to come
We'll be lucky if we ever see the sun
Got nowhere to go, we could be here for a while
But the future is forgiven, so smile
Smile

I decided to end the lullaby at a calm finish, Hiccup was almost fully asleep.

And time will eventually knock on my door
And tell me I'm not needed around anymore
But he'll hold me so close at the end of the day
When I'm quiet I can nearly hear him say

Smile, the worst is yet to come
We'll be lucky if we ever see the sun
Got nowhere to turn, and we've got nothing but time
But the future is forever, the future is forever, so smile, so smile, so smile

Smile, the worst is yet to come
We'll be lucky if we ever see the sun

I ended the lullaby and I cuddled closer to Hiccup and said:

"Goodnight, Hiccup." I say before I fall asleep.
