Felix puts the pedal to the medal and speeds to the airport since we were late coming out.

Marzia quickly pulls the bags out of the rented car and we go through the medal detector, the luggage check, and wait in the long line of people.

Waiting in the line, I was so tired from losing sleep due to the nightmare... again.

When I look up, a pair of eyes catch mine and they looked so familiar, and soon I recognized it.

I back away in horror, hitting my back against the wall, but those eyes I was looking at turns into a pair of an old, innocent man's.

"Sam, are you okay?" Marzia asks, placing her hand on my shoulder and looks in the direction I was looking.

This was the first time this has happened to me, and I didn't know what to do.

"Sam," Felix says, placing his hand on my other shoulder, but all of these words were going in one ear and out the other.

"Huh? Yeah, sorry." I manage to choke out slowly, watching an old lady pushing the old man out in a wheelchair.

"What was that all about? Do you know them?" He asks me, and I finally look up at him.

"Wha- haha no." I say nervously, as we board on the plane.

It wasn't as crowded as I expected. Some how, once that line of people were seated, we had plenty of seats left over.

Sadly, Marzia had to sit in the front, while Felix and I got the back, but on the good news, I got the window seat.

I place my elbow on the arm of the chair, watching the clouds go by quickly, but quietly.

Just as I was falling to sleep, those same eyes that were looking at me at the airport popped up.

I jolt awake, but in a more sensible manner.

"The nightmare?" Felix asks, taking out an earbud.

"Yeah, well, no, not exactly- never mind." I couldn't think of an exact answer.

"Sam, you can tell me the nightmare. You need to get it off your chest." He says.

"I- I just can't, Felix- Dad, umm, what exactly do I call you?" I ask, almost confused.

"Well," He stops to think. "Just call me Poods." He laughs.

"Where did you get that name from?" I ask, chuckling.

"Well-" "Excuse me, would you guys like any snacks, drinks, magazines?" A flight attendant asks.

"No thank you." We both say at the same time and the attendant walks to the people in front of us.

"Listen, if you wanna get some sleep, you can. I'll make sure that you don't have the nightmare."

"Thanks Poods." I laugh, hugging him from my seat.
