I make my way into my bedroom, making sure I shut my door behind me.
Silently, I plop on my bed, take a deep breath, shut my eyes, then pull out my phone.
D- Dan S- Sam
D- Hey, I didn't see you or Cole in school today. Are you okay? Is everything fine?
S- Yeah, just some problems with Cole and all that jazz. Don't worry about it. It's nothing.
D- What did he do?
I could already tell he was frowning after he sent that text message.
S- He was about to, you know, with another girl where the lockers are. I just went home after.
D- That stupid jerk! He's a bloody idiot!
S- Well, I should've listened to my friends when they warned me about him.
D- You didn't want to believe them. It's understandable.
S- Thanks. I'll probably be back to school on Monday.
D- Okay. Maybe I can come over and we can talk?
S- Sure. I'll let my parents know.
After having the exact some conversation with Mia, Liz, and Katie, I pick out a lazy outfit that I could wear for the rest of the day.
"Hey, I'm glad you made it out your room." Felix laughs as I walk out my comfy room.
"Yeah," I smile. "Hey, is it okay if a friend comes over?"
"Who?" He lifts his eyebrows, turning his head from the couch. "His name-" "Whoa, whoa," He stops me.
"Last time we had this conversation, the dude ends up breaking your heart."
"I know, but he's different. He's just a friend that I met the other day and he's really nice."
Felix sits still in silence until Marzia walks into the room. "What's going on?"
Felix and I speak in unison but saying different things about the same topic. "And then-" "Hey! That's enough." She yells.
"But-" "Felix, what did I say?" Marzia lift her eyebrows. "Now, Sam, tell me what's going on."
Snickering that she picked my side of the debate, I send Felix a glare that said 'ha ha,'.
I explain to her about Dan and she agrees that he could come over. "Thanks," I say as I walk into my room.
Marzia's P.O.V
"Why did you say yes?" Felix yells, standing up from the couch. "Because she needs friends. We are her parents."
"Okay," Felix says before walking on the porch.
I make sandwiches for Sam and her little friend and warm myself a small pizza.
Already, I could hear Sam moving things in her room and thuds.
"Sam," I say as I walk in her room. In the corner, she had a blanket and books piled up on it.
Then, all her makeup was organized on her desk. She was sitting at the edge of the bed, looking at the, now, clean room.
"What do you think?" She asks as she smiles at me. "I think it looks so cute." I answer.
Felix's P.O.V
After Marzia went into the kitchen, I sit on the white rocking chair on the porch and wait for this new friend.
I really disagree with Marzia and Sam on this subject. Her "friends" have only hurt her and make her sad, even though I only meet one; Cole.
How could be possibly do that to her? I knew it upset Mariza more than I think it did Sam.
And I don't like seeing my girl sad, so picture seeing both of them sad and heartbroken.
Just thinking about this made me mad and I could feel my temper rising. This boy better hope I don't find out where he lives if he hurts Sam.
Finally, I spot the little brown haired boy with his book bag on his back. As he begins to climb the steps, I step in front of him.

Uh oh, what's Poods gonna do? Haha anyway, how's everyone doing?
So I have a question; what is your favorite thing to drink in the winter time?
Mines probably coffee. Wether it is hot or cold!
And does it snow where you guys live? It rarely snows here but when it does I spend most of my time outside!
