"You two are the only students that stay late after school. Why?" Mr. Andrew asks, lifting an eyebrow.

"I wait on her, since she has to come from C building, it takes her awhile." Cole responds.

"Are we in trouble?" I ask out of nowhere, with a little attitude in my voice.

The teacher shakes his head no. "I was just curious to know why, that's all."

"Sam, you need to step out the classroom." Cole grunts, starring Mr. Andrew in the eye.

"Why-" "I said go". I slowly make my way out the door but still listen to their conversation.

Coles P.O.V

Ever since those words, I was just curious, left Mr. Andrew's mouth, I knew he was up to no good.

He has been arrested and fired before from here for having a "special connection" with girl students.

"You stay away from Sam." I warn. "If she says you touched her, or even looked at her-" "What are you gonna do?" He laughs.

"I'll call the cops, and let them put your bloody butt into prison, where it belongs." 

"Yeah, yeah, I've heard this all before." He rolls his eyes. "Now get out of my classroom."

Sam's P.O.V

I couldn't believe what I had just heard. My hands started to shake uncontrollably, and my stomach started to roll.

Before I knew it, I lost my breath and couldn't breathe. I sink against the wall, holding my knees to my chest and work on my breathing.

"Sam," Cole says in a worried tone. "W-What's happening?" All I could manage was to shake my head.

He plopped down beside me and cuddled me until my breathing was normal again.

Even though I was fine now, I didn't want to stop Cole from comforting me.

"Are you okay now?" He finally asks five minutes later. I nod my head and glance up to him.

"Let's go over to my house. This time, my parents aren't home." Cole informs me.

Cole and I walk to his house, except Cole would turn to look at me to make sure I was fine.

"Panic attack?" He blurts out of nowhere, continuing to walk.

"Yeah, I heard what Mr. Andrew said and did." "Don't worry about him no more." Cole says.

"Watch out!" I scream, shooting the man on Call Of Duty. "Thanks!" Cole laughs.

"Wanna take a break from killing people?" "Yeah, got any coffee here?" I ask.

"No, but I wanna try something." He responds as I sit on the end of his bed.

"Just... stay still." His hands cups my face and soon his lips collide with mine.

'He'll break up with you in a heartbeat.' Mia's voice echoes through me head.

Before I could think anymore, Cole backs up. "I-I'm sorry, I just wanted to try something."

"Y-yeah, you know what? It's fine." I laugh awkwardly. "I know people have still being telling you about me being a player, but I've changed."

"I-I believe you. Listen, I'm gonna head home now." I say, standing up.

"Do you want me to walk with you?" Cole questions, putting his hands in his back pocket.

"Umm, no thanks. I can walk by myself."
