The next few weeks of school flew by faster than a rocket shooting into  the empty, dark space.

Everyday I can feel myself growing closer into Felix's and Marzia's lives, and it's a nice feeling.

Even though he won't admit it, Ken has also excepted me in the family.

Every time Poods and Ken do the BroKen podcast, I always stop by to say hello.

Ken and I have even grown close that we have each other's numbers, and text each other daily, in a friendly way.

I take my usual seat at lunch, next to Mia, Katie, and Liz, and take a bite out of my sandwich.

Katie smiles as I get situated in my uncomfortable lunch table seat.

"So, have you been talking to Cole lately?" Mia asks, nudging my shoulder playfully.

"Well..." I freeze up, then blush. "Yeah, I guess you could say that." "She's blushing!" Katie points out.

"Sam, listen to me, he's bad news. He'll leave you in a heartbeat." Mia explains, looking me dead in the eye.

"So you guys are dating?" Liz asks. "No, but we usually meet after school everyday." I state.

"How long has this been going on?" She asks. "Since the first day of school." I explain.

"Just be careful." Is all Mia says, biting into her apple.

"Always am." I mumble, finishing my sandwich as the bell rings.

"Hey," Cole greets me by the door to Mr. Andrew's classroom. "Hey, what're we doing today?" I ask, walking over to my locker.

"Well, what do you wanna do? We can go to the coffee shop, hang out at my place... that's a perfect idea. Let's head to my place."

Considering that I've been there before, I agree and he pulls on my arm for me to rush.

"I'm hurrying, I'm hurrying." I laugh, shutting and locking my locker.

"Why are girls so slow?" He asks, obviously making fun of me in a cute, funny way.

"Why do boys always rush girls, but when the girls are ready to go and we rush them, the boys get mad?" I ask back.

"Touchè. Now let's go-" "Mr. Cole, Ms. Sam," Mr. Andrew's voice echoes across the hall.

Since Felix's last name was long and difficult to pronounce, the teachers called me Sam.

"See me in my classroom." "What did we do?" I whisper nervously. "Don't worry," Cole soothes me.

We enter Mr. Andrew's classroom, only to find him sitting at his desk, waiting for us.

"Please take a seat." He says, And we sit in the front of the room, side by side.
