There was a new villain in town. The Seamstress. She first appeared about 2 weeks ago and has already become more of a threat than Dabi. (much to his horror) her victims all seem to be completely random and she is next to impossible to keep up with, being so resourceful and all.
The girl herself was quite short, with dark blue hair and pail skin. She wore a patch work-like costume with a hood and has 2 giant sewing needles that she used as swords and a pair of sewing scissors that were strapped to her waist. Her mask covered her entire face and had a similar patch work pattern on it and cream eyes so no one knew what her face looked like.

She wasn't someone to be underestimated, as Endeavor so painfully found out. Almost losing an arm and actually losing an eye to the girl the first time they fought.
Her quirk was apparently fine threads that came out of her skin. Virtually indestructible, and can cut through pretty much anything, acting almost as an extension to her body flying through the air and being controlled by her mind. (Pretty much lower moon 5 from Demon slayer)
Her first victim had been a low ranking hero named Connection (random name). A female hero, with the power to travel through digital devices. (Can you see where I'm going with this) The hero was found suspended in an alley way being held by clear strings. Blood dripping from where the strings cut into her skin. It was a gruesome sight for the drunk teenager who found her in the middle of the night, only looking up when the blood dripped on them.
Her next victim, the hero Tromperie, with a deception quirk, (basically if you didn't know what her quirk was she could tell you that the sky was pink and you would believe her.) found with her head cut off and then sewn back on. There were flowers embroidered into her arms and legs like it was a work of art.
Third victim, a hero with unlimited stamina and an ego built attitude, named Competitor. Detectives actually threw up at the sight of the man sewn to the wall of an abandoned swimming pool. Plastic spiders scattered around his corpse.
By the end of the first week her kill count had gone up to 37 and the theory of her having been trained by Stain was wide open. The second week some disturbing news was beginning to surface.
Competitor was found to have been part of a child trafficking group, leading the children into a false sense of security only to kidnap them and sell them off.
Tromperie, was using her quirk on oblivious heroes, telling them that they were a couple just so they could sleep with her and then charging them for "emotional damages"
Connection, had been excepting bribes from tabloids to leak private information about the heroes she sometimes worked with, dirtying their names and damaging their reputation.
"She's targeting very specific heroes" nezu said, in a meeting.
"No sh*t, Nezu! The question is what do we do about her? At this point she's worse than shigaraki while having the moral of Stain. And she isn't even with the LOV!" Eraserhead said loudly.
