Lëvï's PÖV ♪

I woke up to cold, bleak sunlight dripping through the window. My head was warm and fuzzy and I was snuggled into something soft beside me on the bed. I stretched lazily in place, digging my claws into the soft thing I was nested by, gaining a hiss of pain from it. I soon realized that the 'it' was a 'he'. I felt my face grow extremely hot as I realised that I had slept with Eren Jaeger and that damn Hanji most definitely knew it too!

Out of both frustration and anger, I evily decided to swiftly plant four deep scratch marks into Eren's stomach, to which he jerked away and rolled onto his side, still sleeping. How hard is it to wake this damn brat?! I thought furiously. He needs to wake the hell up so I can beat him senseless!

3rd Përsön PÖV

Levi wasn't sure how much time had passed, but it was simply one hell of a lot. Eren had begun thrashing fiercely and was still sleeping. While prowling around the bed, he noticed Eren's left hand clutched tightly around his upper arm and a stream of blood trickling through his fingers.

~WRÏTËRS BLÖCK DËSTRÖYËD MË HËRË~

Levi decided not to disturb the brunette further and went to grab Hanji.

He slipped off the bed and landed daintily on all fours before realising that he wasn't -yet - a cat, and balancing on just his two feet again. Somewhere deep in his heart, Levi felt bad about leaving Eren behind in this state, but also felt that it was unusual to be bleeding in your sleep, and so Eren obviously required help.

Levi turned away from the bed and swung open the door before being bowled over by a worried - but angry - looking woman with strawberry blonde hair.

"Geez Petra!" He gasped, his chest being crushed in a rib-breaking hug. "Calm it! What the hell is wrong?!"

"Ah! Um... S-sorry Corporal!" She stammered, "Its just that, Hanji told me what happened, sir, and, see, we were all getting worried about you and then you didn't come to training..." Her voice trailied off as hot pearly tears began rolling rapidly down her flushed cheeks.

"Why are you with him?"

Her last question didn't register in my mind.

I stared blankly at Petra. How'd Hanji know I was here? I'm one hundred percent certain that Eren hadn't told Hanji that he'd be taking me to his room, so how the hell did Four-Eyes find out?

"Petra, stay here and supervise Jaeger." I said sternly, pushing past her and stomping down the corridor.

"W-wait! Why supervise? Corporal!" She yelled after me.

I ignored her and continued marching angrily across the uneven floor, up staircases and throwing open the HQ's main doors. I stumbled a little blindly across the grass towards Hanji and her training cadets, not expecting the gleaming sunlight that greeted me unwelcomely.

Hah, manoever gear training. I smirked as some shaky cadet tipped every which way as soon as their feet abandoned the ground. They eventually flipped over ungracefully and hit their head extremely hard on the mud and I almost, almost, let out a snort, but that was rare, and now was not a rare time:

I was pissed. And I'm always pissed.

I replaced my usual bored and uninterested expression and stalked over to Hanji, who was furiously scribbling on a clipboard.

"Oi, Four-eyes," I growled. I noticed a few cadets in mid-air flinch at my sharp tone.

"Whaaat? Aww Levi you scared my little cadets! Don't be such a big meanie!" She said in a, surprisingly, playful and bouncy voice.

"U-um... C-Corporal Levi, Sir?" The cadet that had hit his head was now sat up, rubbing his forehead, looking confusedly at me.

"What is it? You're filthy," I snapped, wrinkling my nose as he wiped his nose messily with the back of his hand.

"Well, Sir... You have cat ears, Sir..."

Another small, female cadet piped up: "You have a tail too, Sir!"

I scowled at the young cadets and whipped my head round to continue my conversation with Hanji. She was now clutching her sides and snorting grossly.

"Pull yourselves together! Yes, I know I'm a cat. Deal. WITH IT! Four-eyes, how'd you know I was with Jaeger this morning?"

She suddenly froze and a terrified expression flickered into place on her freckle-dusted face. She shuffled her feet uncomfortably before opening her mouth.

No sound came out before she was cut off by a bone-chilling scream.

Cadets in air immediately lost concentration and were lowered to the ground.

Steam began rising from a window.

Eren's window.

Me and Hanji sprinted off the field, leaving the cadets still equipped in their training gear. We pushed past soldiers in the centre of the hallways, who were clutching their ears in a futile attempt to defend against the deafening noise.

The only sounds I could register were the rush of hot blood in my ears, the loud thud of my heart against my ribs and the horrifying scream, broken only by pained gasps for breath.

Eren's scream.

It took me and Hanji far too long to reach Eren's room. We shoved past worried soldiers that were attempting to discover the source of the noise, and I squirmed through to the door.

Eren's door.

Steam leaked through the cracks between the said door and the doorframe. I broke it down as it was inconveniently locked. Startled as I crashed into a wall of scorching heat, I struggled to survey my surroundings. I could make out Petra, unconscious and limp in a sprawled heap on the floor and then my eyes shot over to the bed.

There was Eren.

Screaming and crying.

Eren... What the...?

"Oh my God, Eren!"

CLIFF-HANGER QUEEN STRIKES!

Woah this took wayyyyyyy too long to write, even though I began before writing the 'No Regrets' part!

Next chapter will be delayed I'm afraid :(

Levi: Don't sound so damn happy about it, Four-eyes! You're the one who caused it!
Eren: *facepalm*

Levi: Tch, I don't have time for this. I have cleaning to do.
