-- Michael's pov --

I just kept crying and crying non stop. Luke moved off the bed to get me tissues and sat in front of me, straddling me between his legs.

"Hug?" he asked holding out his arms.

I wrapped my feet around his back and wrapped my arms around him. He hugged me back and rubbed my back. I cried into his shoulder for ten minutes.

"It's getting light outside," he said in a whisper.

"Light?" I questioned him. We were up all night?

"Yeah," he said, "You came over around seven and we've been talking all night."

"I didn't notice how late I came over," I said, "I'm sorry for keeping you up."

"You're fine," he said whispering in my ear, "I wouldn't trade this moment for the world."

"The moment where I'm crying like a two year old and you're being yourself and helping me?" I said annoyed at myself, "I'm sorry for crying so much."

"It's fine," he said, "Now we know everything about each other!"

"I guess we do," I said closing my eyes.

We just sat there enjoying each others warmth until we heard a knock at the door. Neither of us moved and acknowledged the human on the other side.

"Boys," Luke's mothers voice said.

"What," He answered as we didn't move.

"Your letter is here Luke," she said coming through the door.

"Letter?" he asked lifting his head. I groaned at the loss of comfort when he stopped hugging me to get the letter.

"What's wrong Mike?" he asked. My response was just to hug him harder.

"Okay, okay," he said putting his arms around me again, "Can I open the letter?"

"No," I said cuddling my head into his neck.

"I have to," he said making me sigh, "Don't worry, hopefully it's good news for the both of us."

"Tell me the news," his mom said, "Your father can pay."

"What?" He asked as she closed the door behind her.

I released the hug and sat back, "I thought you said your dad was in jail."

"He should be," he said looking at the letter.

"Open it," I said looking at his eyes.

He sighed and opened the flap taking out the actual paper. His eyes read the paper and I just kept looking at his eyes. I tried looking at what it was but I felt bad that I was ease dropping.

"No way," he said smiling, "Oh my god!"

"What?" I asked as Luke jumped out of position and off the bed.

"It's mine!" he yelled in excitement, "IT'S MINE!"

"What?" I asked still on the bed, "What's yours?"

"The apartment!" he said running out of the room. Apartment? I followed him out of the room and down the stairs.

"I got the apartment mom!" he said jumping on the couch.

"That's so amazing!!" she said, "You guys can pack now and then we can move you in by tomorrow!"

"I'm confused," I said sitting down on the steps.

"I'm going to pack now!" Luke said sprinting up the stairs.

"Help," I said looking at his mother.

"He got an apartment about two towns over and that's where you guys are going to live. You don't even need to pay rent or anything, his father will," she said coming over to me.

"I thought he was in jail," I said standing up.

"He's done his years," she said, "He's wealthy."

"Oh," I said playing with my bracelets. Why did I feel so weird? I didn't feel like talking anymore and I don't know why. I was excited about the apartment but I couldn't show it.

"You ready?" Luke said coming down the stairs with two suitcases. I opened my mouth but no words came out so I just nodded.

"You alright?" he asked.

"Fine," I whispered.

"Do you want to move in together?" he asked putting down the luggage.

"Yes," I said putting my hands in my pockets, "I'm in one of those 'I don't feel like talking' moods."

"Oh," he said smiling, "I love you."

I just smiled and kissed his cheek.

We packed up the car and his mom was rushing us to leave.

--Luke's Pov--

My mom really wanted us to leave. She had the car all packed and was rushing us out of the door.

"Good-bye," she waved.

"Bye," I said as I got in the car.

"It's an hour drive," I told him, "Oh! Do you need anything from your house?"

He shook his head no and turned on the radio. It was cold outside and I noticed Michael kept shivering.

"Do you want a blanket?" I asked but he shook his head no. I just sighed and pulled over to a gas station.

"I'll wait for you," he said as he sat on the trunk of the car.

I smiled and continued to fill up the car. We walked into the gas station and got candy and soda for the trip.

"Forty more minutes," I told him as we got into the car. He sighed and brought his knees to his chest.

"You okay?" I asked.

"Yes," he said resting his chin on his knees, "I'm just getting comfortable."

I smiled and he took my free hand as he started to play with my bracelets.

We sat there for about 10 minutes listening to the radio. We heard honking and yelling behind us.

"Who's-" Was all Michael could say before our bodies were thrown forward them immediately backwards due to the air bags. Glass was flying everywhere from every direction. Someone hit us from the behind and we swerved over and hit someone else. When we hit the second car I just saw blackness.
