Ch. 6 All My Exes live in Texas

It has been two weeks since me and Austin have been dating. And let me just say I am so happy. Austin makes me happy. He is so nice and caring and sweet. I honestly think I am in love with him. There is just one problem: my ex boyfriend. My old boyfriend named Cory told me he still had feelings for me. I broke up with Cory five months again because I found out he was cheating on me. He broke my heart. I loved him and I thought he loved me, but I guess not. And just because I am happy, he has to ruin my life. I just got over my feelings for Cory like a month ago and now he is trying to ruin my relationship with Austin. I am afraid to tell Austin what Cory told me because Austin is the type of guy that if you mess with his girl, he will mess with your face. And I don't want anybody getting hurt. I don't even though if I like Austin or Cory. My thoughts were interrupted because my phone started ringing. Speak of the devil, it was Cory.

Our Conversation:

Me: Hello.

Cory: Hey. Can you meet me at the park? We need to talk,

Me: Okay. Whatever.

Cory: See you soon. Bye

Me: Bye

Why does Cory want to me meet at the park and more importantly what does he want to talk about? I arrived at the park and saw Cory sitting on the bench. I walked over to him and sat next to him. "So why did you want me to come here?" I asked. "Because I love you, Al." Cory replied. "Okay listen up. One, You already told me that and I don't like you back. Two, I have a boyfriend. And three, don't call me Al. Only my friends call me Al and you aren't my friend." I said angrily. "Wow. Calm down. Why don't you like me though?" Cory said quietly. I stood and yelled at him "Because you are a douchebag. I loved you Corey and you broke my heart. And now that I am dating Austin and I am happy, you have to screw things up. Just leave me alone." Cory stood up and kissed me in the lips. I pulled away from the kiss and slapped him across the face. "What the F**k is wrong with you. I hate you! Don't you understand." I shouted out him. He then said "I like my girls sassy." And with that I turned around and ran home. I started to cry as I got to my house. I had to tell Austin and he would be furious. And I can't believe Cory would kiss me. I got home and slammed the front door shut. I heard Alex yell to me "What the hell is wrong with you?" I just ignored him and ran into my room. I heard a knock at my door and I yelled "Go Away!" And of course Alex came into my room anyway. "Al, what's wrong?" Alex said softly. "My whole life." I said. "Well, tell me about it." Alex said. So I did. When I finished Alex was pissed. He grabbed his car keys and started calling someone on this phone. And with that he was gone. What the hell was he going to do to Cory?
