Ch. 10 Relations are Ships

Allie's POV

Before me and Austin were dating, usually me, him, Alex, Robert, and my best friend, Jessica would always hang out together. But since me and Austin started dating, we haven't been hanging out that much. So since Austin isn't talking to me, I decided to hang out with Robert and Jessica. I called Jessica. "Hey, Stranger." she said when she picked up the phone. "Hi. Do you wanna hang out with me and Robert today." I said. "Sure thing. Meet me at Taco Bell." She said. "Okay, Bye." I replied. I grabbed my car keys and went to go pick up Robert." Robert came out of this house and got in my car. "What's up, Allie Cat." He said jokingly. "No thang but a chicken wang." I replied in a ghetto accent. I drove to Taco Bell, where we met Jessica. "Jessie Boo!" I screamed when I saw her. "Allie Cat!" She yelled back. We got are food and sat down to all talk to each other. "So stranger care to explain why you have been ignoring us?" Jessica asked. "I know. Sorry just I was always hanging out with Austin and then stuff happened and now were on a break." I said. "Give me the details." She said. And so I told her everything that had happened in the past three weeks. "So what's up with you guys? I asked. Jessica said "Well, me and Robert are dating." "Yeah." Robert replied kissing Jess on the cheek. "OMG! My best friends are dating!" I screamed. Just as I was screaming, I got a text from Austin. I unlocked my phone and looked at the text. "Can we talk? Meet me at the park." It said. "Sorry guys, I have to go. Maybe we can hang out Tomorrow or something." I said. I left Taco Bell and drove to the park. When I got there I saw someone with a red SnapBack that said Trukfit siting on the swings. I immediately knew it was Austin. I got out of my car and walked over to him. "Hey." I said to him as I sat on the swing next to him. "Hi." He replied and gave me a weak smile. "So talk." I said. "After thinking about it, I realized that a girl as great as you deserves a second chance." He said. "So are we back to together then?" I asked. "Yes." He said. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him. When I pulled back he was smiling. Boy, did I miss that smile. We were only broken up for three days, but I still missed him so much. He grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers. All I could do was smile. I finally had my perfect boyfriend back.
