A/N: I forgot to do this in the last chapter but can we discuss Lauren's new tattoo it's very very important to me. also two updates in one day? praise me, I'm never this motivated, if only i was like this with my homework.
Camila was sat on a bed in one of the many bedrooms in Lauren's house, staring wide-eyed at the wall. After Rebecca had hung up -she had just called to make sure Camila was okay because she knew how nervous she was to be going to a party- everything that had just happened hit her. She kissed Lauren. And not just a friendly peck, a full on ass grabbing, tongue touching, heated kiss.
She wasn't going to deny the fact that it felt good because, fuck, it felt so good. Her lips were still tingling and the warmth she felt as soon as their lips touched was still lingering. Lauren's lips had been so addicting, soft and plump. They tasted like the sweet cinnamon gum she often chewed which Camila couldn't get enough of.
She felt bad though. She might not have been dating Rebecca, but she definitely had feelings for the blonde and she was pretty sure they went both ways. Would she tell her? If what was going on between them progressed any further she would have to, right? After all, as far as Rebecca knew Camila had yet to kiss anyone.
Then Camila realized, that was her first kiss. A slightly drunken make out with Lauren in the middle of a crowded dance floor was her first kiss. Not like she had pictured, with Rebecca in a romantic setting somewhere, maybe under the stars or something cheesy. What? She imagines her first kiss with Rebecca, don't judge.
She let out a frustrated groan and fell back onto the bed, her mind swimming with way more questions than she could handle. Did Lauren kiss her back because she liked her or because she was drunk and it was the heat of the moment? Will things be awkward between them? How will Rebecca react if she decides to tell her?
"Fuck," Camila grumbled, rubbing her temples as her head started to ache.
She was torn from her thoughts when the door to the room flew open and two people stumbled in, their lips attached. She jumped slightly and coughed awkwardly to get their attention. When they turned around she sighed in relief when she saw the faces of Ashton and Luke. The pulled apart and adjusted their clothes quickly.
"Hey, Mila. What are you doing in here?" Luke asked, sounding slightly worried.
"I kind of have a headache," she mumbled, slumping back into the bed and closing her eyes. The door was open and the music was even louder because of it, making her head throb painfully. Luke realized it was too loud and shut the door while Ashton joined Camila on the bed.
"Do you want me to take you home?" he asked softly.
Camila nodded eagerly. Everything was becoming too much for her. All the questions swirling around in her head were overwhelming, despite the fact to Lauren it was probably just a kiss that she didn't think twice about. She felt ridiculous worrying so much but she couldn't help it. She was so confused.
"If it doesn't bother you," she sniffled and then realized she had started crying a little bit.
"Not at all, love. We were thinking about heading home anyway," Ashton assured her, rubbing her arm comfortingly. They both stood up, Camila wobbled slightly but regained her balance shortly after. Wow, I'm such a lightweight, she thought to herself.
"Do you want me to carry you?" Luke asked sweetly but she just shook her head.
The three made their way back into the party, hoping to come across their other friends along the way and tell them that they're leaving. They spotted Calum, Michael, Normani, Ally, and Dinah by the bar. Of course, Dinah was talking to Calum while he stared at her intently, taking in everything she said like it would save his life. Normani, Ally, and Michael were in a group but only Ally and Normani were talking while Michael just stared at Normani.
